Bunlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n temel sebeplerinden birisi Sultan II. Abdulhamid&#8217;in di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde ba\u015flatmak istedi\u011fi kamu diplomasisi hedefidir. Bu \u015fekilde tarassud (di\u011ferini g\u00f6zlemleyerek kollama) ilmi olu\u015fmu\u015f oldu&#8221; dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">F\u0131k\u0131h Usul\u00fc&#8217;ne Giri\u015f dersinde &nbsp;<\/span>Ulu\u00e7am, giri\u015f mahiyetinde, \u015fer&#8217;i h\u00fck\u00fcmlere (ef&#8217;al-i m\u00fckellefin) ve delillerine (<i>nakli deliller<\/i> olarak kitap, s\u00fcnnet, icma-i \u00fcmmet, \u00f6rf, sahabe kavli vs. ile <i>akli deliller<\/i> olarak istihsan, istihsab ve k\u0131yas) de\u011findi. F\u0131k\u0131hta subut-u kat&#8217;i ve illet kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131klayan Ulu\u00e7am, f\u0131k\u0131h usul\u00fcn\u00fcn temel eserlerini de sayd\u0131. Emir \u00e7e\u015fitlerini, muhataplar\u0131n\u0131n farkl\u0131 olabildi\u011fini ve bir \u00e7ok ayetin tafsili de\u011fil icmali oldu\u011fundan, Hz. Muhammed&#8217;in (sav) illetlerini tahsis etmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funu da ifade etti. <\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">Seminer program\u0131n\u0131n ikinci haftas\u0131nda Akif Emre &#8216;Avrupa Kimli\u011finin Olu\u015fumunda \u00d6teki Olarak \u0130slam Alg\u0131s\u0131 ve AB&#8217; konusunu i\u015flerken L\u00fctfi \u015een ise &#8216;\u015eiirin Modern D\u00f6nem Ser\u00fcveni&#8217; meselesini ele ald\u0131. Emre yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015famada \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:&nbsp; <\/span>&#8221;A\u00e7\u0131k sosyolojik bir kimlik olarak Avrupa kimli\u011fi, Orta\u00e7a\u011f&#8217;da Do\u011fu&#8217;yu, \u00f6zelde \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131, daha da \u00f6zelde Osmanl\u0131&#8217;y\u0131 \u00f6tekile\u015ftirerek in\u015fa edilmi\u015ftir. Gelinen son noktada siyasi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel g\u00fc\u00e7lerle birlikte ili\u015fki de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f olsa dahi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara veya T\u00fcrklere y\u00f6nelik olan \u00f6teki alg\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck ideolojisi de\u011fi\u015fmemi\u015ftir. Sek\u00fclerle\u015fmeye ra\u011fmen, d\u00fc\u015fman hala \u0130slam&#8217;d\u0131r ve Avrupal\u0131lara g\u00f6re \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n as\u0131lda asla Avrupal\u0131 olamayacakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn ise Avrupa, kimli\u011fini en az\u0131ndan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlamda H\u0131ristiyan de\u011ferler \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilmi\u015f sek\u00fcler ve evrensel de\u011ferlere ba\u011flamak istemektedir. &#8221; L\u00fctfi \u015een ise , duygular\u0131n en etkili ifadelerinden olan \u015fiire ve son d\u00f6nemlerde \u015fiirde meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fikliklere de\u011findi.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">Programa Almanya&#8217;dan kat\u0131lan Yusuf Yerkel, , &#8216;T\u00fcrk D\u0131\u015f Politikas\u0131n\u0131n Yeni Parametreleri&#8217; konulu sunumunu Ahmed Davuto\u011flu&#8217;nun kitab\u0131 &#8216;Stratejik Zihniyet&#8217;ten yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nt\u0131larla aktard\u0131. Yerkel, siyasetin yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimin birden de\u011fil, bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde olmas\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011funu vurgularken, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin d\u0131\u015f politikas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu anda \u00e7ok boyutlu, herkes taraf\u0131ndan kabullenilebilecek, s\u0131f\u0131r sorun aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilmi\u015f oldu\u011funu ifade etti. \u00d6zg\u00fcveni yerinde olan ve di\u011fer \u00fclkelerle ili\u015fkilerinde stratejik bir tarz (zihniyet) geli\u015ftirebilen bir d\u0131\u015f politika i\u00e7in tarihin \u00f6nemine i\u015faret eden Yerkel, T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in tarihi a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6zel olarak hem b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorumluluk, hem de bir kopukluk s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Yerkel, &#8221;Nitekim T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015f politika ile ilgilenmeyip kendi i\u00e7inde iktidar\u0131 korumakla me\u015fgul olmu\u015ftur, baz\u0131 \u00fclkelere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olup, baz\u0131lar\u0131 ile ise hi\u00e7 irtibata ge\u00e7memi\u015ftir&#8221; dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">Mehmet Erik, Alija \u0130zetbegovi\u00e7&#8217;in &#8216;Do\u011fu ile Bat\u0131 Aras\u0131nda \u0130slam&#8217; isimli eseri hakk\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frencilerle payla\u015ft\u0131. Erik eserde, \u00f6zetle Do\u011fu ile Bat\u0131, din ile materyalizm, ruh ile madde aras\u0131nda denge sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tezinin iddia edildi\u011fini ifade etti. Ziya Bayankulu &#8216;Tanzimat Sonras\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 Modernle\u015fmesi&#8217; konusunu i\u015flerken modernle\u015fme konusunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen t\u00fcm de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yan\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle ulema s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n etki kaybetti\u011fini aktard\u0131. Gen\u00e7er taraf\u0131ndan &#8217;19. Y\u00fczy\u0131l T\u00fcrk ve Alman Edebiyat\u0131&#8217; konular\u0131 i\u015flendi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"TR\">\u00d6\u011frenciler, Saraybosna e\u011fitim seminerleri kapmas\u0131nda Ba\u015f\u00e7ar\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (Ba\u00c5\u00a1\u00c4\u008dar\u00c5\u00a1ija) bir ucunda bulunan Gazi H\u00fcsrev Bey Cami-i&#8217;nde, Mostar&#8217;\u0131, sava\u015f soras\u0131nda yeniden in\u015fa edilmi\u015f Mostar&#8217;\u0131, Po\u00e7itel K\u00f6y\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc, Sar\u0131 Saltuk Tekkesi&#8217;ni, yine sava\u015f esnas\u0131nda katliama sahne olan Ahmici K\u00f6y\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fc ve Travnik&#8217;i ziyaret ettiler. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IGMG Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 \u00dcniversiteliler Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bosna Hersek&#8217;in ba\u015fkenti Saraybosna&#8217;da iki haftal\u0131k e\u011fitim seminerleri program\u0131 d\u00fczenledi.
