D\u0131\u015f \u0130li\u015fkiler Kursu: IGMG&#8217;nin do\u011fu\u015fu ve geli\u015fimi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lan program, IGMG Yard\u0131mla\u015fma Derne\u011fi HASENE&#8217;nin 2011 Kurban Kampanyas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in Bosna Hersek&#8217;e giden D\u0131\u015f \u0130li\u015fkiler Kursu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Akif \u015eahin&#8217;in izlenimlerini aktarmas\u0131 ile ba\u015flad\u0131. \u015eahin, di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 gibi kurban kampanyas\u0131n\u0131n organize edilip y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinde g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u015eahin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumda Bosna Hersek&#8217;in tarihine ve halihaz\u0131rdaki durumuna dair baz\u0131 malumatlar sundu ve \u00f6zellikle Srebrenitsa Katliam\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi 1995 senesi ile alakal\u0131 baz\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmalarda bulundu. \u015eahin ayr\u0131ca sava\u015f ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n\u0131n da tedavi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir rehabilitasyon merkezine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ziyarete de\u011finerek konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bitirdi. Kurban kampanyas\u0131nda Gambiya&#8217;da g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak hizmet eden di\u011fer bir toplant\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Salih Demirci de gitti\u011fi \u00fclkede ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tecr\u00fcbeyi di\u011fer kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla payla\u015ft\u0131, Gambiya&#8217;da b\u00f6yle bir organizasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin zorluklar\u0131ndan ve insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan bahsetti. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nDaha sonra O\u011fuz \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn, IGMG&#8217;nin do\u011fu\u015f ve geli\u015fimi ba\u011flam\u0131nda \u00f6nceki kurulu\u015flar\u0131 anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve -kurs kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da daha \u00f6nce okumas\u0131 tavsiye edilen- Werner Schiffauer&#8217;in &quot;\u0130slam\u00eezm Sonras\u0131. Bir \u0130slam Toplumu Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f Etno\u011frafyas\u0131&quot; eseri&nbsp; de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fi konu\u015fmas\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi. <\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc 1967&#8217;de \u00f6\u011frenci olarak Almanya&#8217;ya gelen ve Braunschweig&#8217;da di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00f6\u011frencilerle temas kurmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p cuma namazlar\u0131n\u0131 tertip eden ilk kurucu R\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc Banaz&#8217;\u0131 anlatarak ba\u015flad\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131na. Bu olay\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi sene, yani 1961&#8217;de T\u00fcrkiye ile Almanya aras\u0131nda bir i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc antla\u015fmas\u0131 imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bu nedenle Braunschweig&#8217;da \u00e7ok say\u0131da misafir i\u015f\u00e7i bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler \u00fcniversite kamp\u00fcs\u00fcnde k\u0131l\u0131nan cuma namaz\u0131ndan haberdar olurlar ve \u00f6\u011frencilerle misafir i\u015f\u00e7iler aras\u0131ndaki ilk temas b\u00f6ylece sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur. <\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra, \u00fcniversitede namaz k\u0131lma imkan\u0131 kalmay\u0131nca ba\u015fka mekan aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girilir. Bu suretle bug\u00fcnk\u00fc IGMG&#8217;nin Almanya&#8217;daki ilk temel ta\u015f\u0131 konulmu\u015f olur. Bug\u00fcn ise Almanya&#8217;da IGMG b\u00fcnyesinde 320 camii bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc&#8217;ye g\u00f6re ibadet edilebilecek mekanlar\u0131n kiralanabilmesi i\u00e7in dernek kurmak zaruret olarak kendini g\u00f6stermi\u015f. \u0130lk olarak 1972&#8217;de Almanya T\u00fcrk Birli\u011fi kurulmu\u015f, daha sonra da ondan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak Berlin T\u00fcrk Birli\u011fi. Bu birlik daha sonra Avrupa T\u00fcrk Birli\u011fi ve nihayet Avrupa \u0130slam Birli\u011fi ad\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc, R\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc Banaz&#8217;\u0131n ilk kuruculardan biri say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ancak ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en derneklerin ilk ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de t\u0131p okuyup, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in Almanya&#8217;ya gelen Dr. Yusuf Zeynel Abidin oldu\u011funu kaydediyor. &nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc konu\u015fmas\u0131nda te\u015fkilat\u0131n geli\u015fimini etkileyen iki \u00f6nemli vakadan bahsetti: 1979 \u0130ran \u0130slam Devrimi ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen 1980 asker\u00ee darbe: <\/p>\n<p>&quot;\u0130slam Devrimi te\u015fkilat\u0131n ilkeleri ile alakal\u0131 i\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil etmi\u015f, Cemalettin Kaplan&#8217;\u0131n ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na ve 1983&#8217;te AMGT&#8217;nin kurulmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftu. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki asker\u00ee darbe ile devletin Almanya&#8217;daki dini te\u015fkilatlarla m\u00fcnasebetinde bir paradigma de\u011fi\u015fimi ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1984 senesinde Almanya&#8217;da D\u0130T\u0130B kuruldu. Bu, devletin o zamana kadar T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda din i\u015flerinde kurumsal bir faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctmemi\u015f olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak dini te\u015fkilatlar\u0131n birbirleriyle ili\u015fkileri de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki darbeye g\u00f6re \u015fekillenmi\u015fti ve bu y\u00fczden gergindi. <\/p>\n<p>1995&#8217;te \u0130slam Toplumu Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f kurulur. IGMG \u00fcyelerinin dini hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde ya\u015fayabilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u015f gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyet alan\u0131 sundu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc IGMG&#8217;nin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki durumu ile alakal\u0131 \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: &quot;IGMG 12 Avrupa \u00fclkesinde faaliyet g\u00f6stermekte ve burada toplam 110 000 \u00fcyeye sahip 504 camiinin idaresini y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Te\u015fkilat i\u00e7erisinde iki gen\u00e7lik organizasyonu, bir \u00e7ocuk kl\u00fcb\u00fc ve bir kad\u0131n organizasyonu da bulunmaktad\u0131r. Her y\u0131l 5 000 ki\u015fiye hac hizmeti sunulurkeni cenaze fonuna yakla\u015f\u0131k 44 000 aile kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221;\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc&#8217;ye g\u00f6re IGMG&#8217;nin kendini tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 da tarihsel geli\u015fmeler seyrinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar: &#8220;En ba\u015fta sadece temel dini ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.Burada olumlu olan taraf dinin ilk defa devletin vesayeti olmadan ya\u015fanabilmesi idi. Dinin kaynaklar\u0131 ile kuracaklar\u0131 m\u00fcnasebetin mahiyeti insanlar\u0131n kendisine b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&#8221;\u009d diyen \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Art\u0131k taklit de\u011fil, dinin bilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde ya\u015fanmas\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusuydu. Bu \u015fekilde giderek dinin sadece rit\u00fcellerden ibaret bir yap\u0131 olmay\u0131p, toplumsal bir boyutu da bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yayg\u0131nl\u0131k kazanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.&quot; \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc&#8217;ye g\u00f6re dini \u00f6z\u00fcne uygun ya\u015fama \u00e7abas\u0131 tabii olarak baz\u0131 ifratlara da yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f: &#8220;Bu zaman zarf\u0131nda misafir i\u015f\u00e7ilerin kendini tan\u0131mlamas\u0131nda da de\u011fi\u015fiklik oldu. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye geri d\u00f6nme hayali, yeni memlekette s\u00fcrekli kal\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda fazla tutunamad\u0131.Hayat b\u00f6ylece ge\u00e7ici bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmle neticelenmi\u015f oldu. B\u00f6ylece insanlar yeni memlekette k\u00f6k salmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flar. Ge\u00e7en 30 senede ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lanlar\u0131 telafi etmek i\u00e7in camiiler in\u015fa edilmi\u015f, gayrimenkuller sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f.&quot; <\/p>\n<p>Verilen aradan sonra \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc konu\u015fmas\u0131na  Almanya&#8217;daki \u0130slam\u00ee cemaatlerin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131,&nbsp; M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n eyaletler ve Almanya d\u00fczeyinde b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturma \u00e7abas\u0131 konular\u0131 &nbsp;ile devam etti. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n menfaatlerini bir \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda temsil etme gayreti ilk olarak Federal Almanya Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nde 1985 senesinde \u0130sl\u00e2m Konseyi&#8217;nin kurulmas\u0131 ile neticelenir. 1988 senesinde AMGT, VIKZ (\u0130sl\u00e2m K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezleri Federasyonu) ve D\u0130T\u0130B&#8217;den (Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri T\u00fcrk \u0130slam Birli\u011fi) m\u00fcte\u015fekkil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gruplar\u0131 iki mesele i\u00e7in biraraya gelmi\u015flerdir: Din e\u011fitimi ve kurban kesimi. Birlik \u00e7abalar\u0131 maalesef&nbsp; sonu\u00e7 getirmez. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc, kurumsal birli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hususunda ba\u015fka \u00e7abalara da de\u011findikten sonra Almanya M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 Merkez Konseyi&#8217;nin (KRM) kurulu\u015funu anlatt\u0131 ve \u00fcstesinden gelinmesi gereken meselelerden bahsetti. IGMG Genel Sekreteri bu ba\u011flamda k\u0131saca Alman \u0130slam Konferans\u0131na da (DIK) de\u011findi. <\/p>\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme ile sonland\u0131rd\u0131: &quot;Almanya&#8217;da ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar olarak 20 senedir hep ayn\u0131 \u015feyleri tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Din dersleri, hastalara din hizmeti ve bunlara benzer devlet ile dini cemaatlerin ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi gereken i\u015fler, yani \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n Almanya&#8217;ya entegrasyonu. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7a\u011fdaki h\u0131zl\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda Almanya&#8217;da ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz bu t\u0131kanma ger\u00e7ekten \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hararetli ge\u00e7en soru-cevap fasl\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Werner Schiffauer&#8217;in kitab\u0131 Nach dem Islamismus ile alakal\u0131 m\u00fctalaalara ge\u00e7ildi. Kitaptan, ba\u011flama do\u011fru aktarmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc baz\u0131 pasajlar al\u0131nt\u0131layan \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc, &quot;postislamist&quot; yahut &quot;organik entelekt\u00fcel&quot; gibi kavramlar\u0131n kendisini tarif edip etmedi\u011fi sorusuna ise Schiffauer&#8217;in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 terimlerle temelde zorluklar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek cevap verdi. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ayr\u0131ca kitab\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen b\u00fct\u00fcn faaliyet ve hizmetlerin te\u015fkilat\u0131 ayakta tutmak maksad\u0131na matuf imi\u015f intiba\u0131 verildi\u011fini kaydederek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &quot;Yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z di\u011ferinin selametini arzulamak&nbsp; ve Allah&#8217;\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmak \u00e7abas\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131lsa o zaman \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 bir perspektif ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.
