Yenero\u011flu, din hukuku ve din politikalar\u0131 konular\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir giri\u015fin ard\u0131ndan Almanya&#039;da din sosyolojisi alan\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimleri anlatt\u0131. Din hukuku modellerinin sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ve akt\u00fcelli\u011fine de\u011finen Yenero\u011flu, din ve d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin artmas\u0131 nedeniyle din ve devlet ili\u015fkilerinin bir s\u0131navdan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirtti. Ele al\u0131nan temel sorular \u015funlard\u0131: &#8220;\u0130ki b\u00fcy\u00fck kilisede oldu\u011fu gibi, di\u011fer dinler ve d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine de var ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olma imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 tan\u0131nmal\u0131 m\u0131? Evet, ise hangi \u015fartlarda? Yoksa devlet s\u0131k\u0131 bir tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k uygulayarak dinleri \u00f6zel alana m\u0131 hasretmeli?&#8221;\u009d Yenero\u011flu konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, anayasa hukukunun, devlet ve dini cemaatlerin i\u015fbirli\u011fine ili\u015fkin d\u00fczenlemelerinin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda uygulanmamas\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirdi. <\/p>\n<p>Hukuk\u00e7u olan ve ayn\u0131 zamanda IGMG hukuk b\u00fcrosu eski y\u00f6neticili\u011fini de yapan Yenero\u011flu, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlem politikalar\u0131n\u0131 ele ald\u0131: &#8220;\u00d6nlem politikalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin olarak devaml\u0131 surette, dinin siyasi olarak suiistimal edilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmek istendi\u011fi s\u00f6yleniyor. Oysa ger\u00e7ekte M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar somut bir sebebe dayand\u0131r\u0131lmadan potansiyel tehdit olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor, b\u00f6ylece dindarl\u0131k temelde entegrasyonu engelleyici bir sorun olarak lanse ediliyor, bu sayede de M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemler hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221;\u009d ifadelerini kullanan Yenero\u011flu, &nbsp;&#8220;G\u00fcvenlik birimleri masa ba\u015f\u0131nda haz\u0131rlanan radikalle\u015fme senaryolar\u0131na g\u00f6re hareket ediyorlar. Oysa s\u0131n\u0131rlar konusunda belirsizlik ve soyutluk s\u00f6z konusu. Mekanizma zaten kendisi sorunlu bir zihniyete dayanan &#039;ekstremistler&#039;&nbsp; yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerinden i\u015fliyor. S\u00f6z konusu kavram\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131, kendisi ile m\u00fccadelede \u00f6nlem anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile \u015fekilleniyor, bu yap\u0131l\u0131rken de kurgusal olgular kullan\u0131l\u0131yor&#8221;\u009d dedi. <\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/th>\n<th scope=\"col\"><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda &nbsp;&#8220;\u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k&#8221;\u009d (Islamismus) terimi \u00fczerinde de duran Yenero\u011flu, bu kavram\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik politikalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda bilin\u00e7li olarak a\u00e7\u0131k b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu nedenle de g\u00fcvenlik hukuku a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan k\u00f6t\u00fcye kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Ard\u0131ndan toplumda giderek artan \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 meselesini ele alan Yenero\u011flu \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: &#8220;\u0130slami dini cemaatler olarak bizler insanlar\u0131n ekstremizme kaymamalar\u0131n\u0131 bir g\u00f6rev addettik. Fakat bununla beraber ekstremizm ile m\u00fccadelenin t\u00fcm toplumu ilgilendiren bir mesele olarak alg\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle de artan \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n toplumda \u00f6ncelikle ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de \u00e7aba sarf ettik. Ancak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te devlet, toplumun \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n entegrasyonu konusunu tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bunu da k\u0131smen k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7eren yakla\u015f\u0131mlar \u00fczerinden temellendirdi\u011fini g\u00f6rmezden geldi.&#8221;\u009d \u00d6rnek olarak Sol Parti&#039;nin Kas\u0131m 201&#039;de \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na odaklanm\u0131\u015f internet siteleri &nbsp;ile ilgili soru \u00f6nergesine verdi\u011fi cevapta h\u00fck\u00fcmetin, &#8220;su\u00e7 te\u015fkil eden ifadelerin [&#8220;\u00a6] a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ifadesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve bu nedenle anayasay\u0131 koruma g\u00f6revi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken eylemler aras\u0131nda say\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu de\u011fildir, Anayasay\u0131 Koruma Dairesi &#039;zihniyet kontrol arac\u0131&#039; de\u011fildir&#8221;\u009d ifadelerine dikkat \u00e7eken Yenero\u011flu, &#8220;M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 al\u0131nan tav\u0131r, onlar aras\u0131ndaki dindarla\u015fmay\u0131 dah\u00ee radikalle\u015fme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde bir ad\u0131m olarak g\u00f6steren masa ba\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rlanan s\u00f6zde radikalle\u015fme senaryolar\u0131na dayan\u0131rken, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 \u00e7evrelerde cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131m gerektiren \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 s\u00f6ylemlerin bile ektremist bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin ifadesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi ayr\u0131ca dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. Federal H\u00fck\u00fcmetin \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yayan bir i\u00e7eri\u011fe sahip &#039;Politically Incorrect&#039; (PI) adl\u0131 internet sitesine y\u00f6nelik tutumu da bu \u015fekildedir. Burada tuhaf olan husus, sitedeki insanl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 bu k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmet\u00e7e &#039;yabanc\u0131la\u015fmaya y\u00f6nelik korkunun bir ifadesi&#039; tan\u0131m\u0131yla basite al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve &#039;yabanc\u0131la\u015fma&#039; kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n merkez\u00ee kavramlar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klamadan, bunun neredeyse me\u015fru oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor olmas\u0131d\u0131r&#8221;\u009d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/th>\n<th scope=\"col\"><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Konu\u015fmada Almanya&#039;daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n s\u0131k\u00e7a antisemitizm ile su\u00e7lanmas\u0131 konusu da ele al\u0131nd\u0131. &#8220;Nitelik ve niceliksel a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir g\u00fcvenilir ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucuna dayanmaks\u0131z\u0131n antisemitizmin \u0130slami \u00e7evrelerde giderek artt\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221;\u009d ifadelerinin Anayasa Koruma Daireleri taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcrekli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftiren Yenero\u011flu, &#8220;Burada temel sorun tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n zemininde tahminler ve bireysel g\u00f6zlemlerin yer almas\u0131d\u0131r. Siyasiler, bilim d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve \u0130slami dini cemaatler geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ile destekte bulunmal\u0131d\u0131rlar&#8221;\u009d dedi. Her \u015feye ra\u011fmen antisemitizmin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda da var oldu\u011funu belirten Yenero\u011flu, sorun &#8220;\u00e7ok nadir de olsa kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan kat\u0131 &nbsp;antisemitik d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ile nas\u0131l m\u00fccadele edilmesi gerekti\u011fidir&#8221;\u009d dedi. Yenero\u011flu,\u00f6ncelikle, &#8220;Yahudilerin \u00e7o\u011funlukla ki\u015fisel ya da toplumsal problemlerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi, belirsiz gizli \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131n&#8221;\u009d oldu\u011funu ifade etti.Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n da g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u00fczere, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman gen\u00e7ler aras\u0131nda, Almanlar aras\u0131nda olan klasik antisemitizmden, yani Yahudileri t\u00fcm\u00fcyle k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00f6rme ve onlar\u0131n gizli bir d\u00fcnya hedefleri oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131ndan \u00e7ok da farkl\u0131 olmayan bir anlay\u0131\u015f var. Fakat M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00e7evrelerdeki antisemitizm, klasik anlamdaki antisemitizmin tersine oOrta do\u011fu&#039;daki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan beslenmektedir. Bu durumda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar Yahudi d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde; Avrupa&#039;daki ulus\u00e7uluk, etnik homojenlik y\u00f6nelimi, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilik, Avrupa&#039;ya has antisemitizm ve Filistin meselesinden dolay\u0131 Avrupa&#039;dan alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Konu\u015fmas\u0131na &nbsp;&#8220;Burada \u0130srail h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerinin ele\u015ftirilmesi ile antisemitizm i\u00e7eren anlay\u0131\u015flar aras\u0131na bir s\u0131n\u0131r \u00e7izilmelidir. \u0130srail&#039;in siyasi ve askeri hareketlerini belli eylemler, g\u00f6steriler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ele\u015ftirmek gerekli ve me\u015frudur. Bu ba\u011flamda \u0130srail&#039;in i\u00e7inde de, Yahudi cemaati i\u00e7inde de yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6ren ve tart\u0131\u015fan ele\u015ftirel bir kesimin oldu\u011fu da \u00e7o\u011funlukla unutulmaktad\u0131r&#8221;\u009d ifadeleri ile devam eden Yenero\u011flu, &#8220;\u0130srail politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 hakl\u0131 ve gerekli ele\u015ftirinin s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ne zaman a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur ve Yahudi d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir?&#8221;\u009dsorusunu y\u00f6neltti. <\/p>\n<p>\u0130srail devletini ele\u015ftiren herkes Yahudi d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrse, bu \u0130srail devletinin Yahudi halk\u0131n\u0131n temsilcisi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc anlam\u0131na gelir. \u0130kinci olarak su\u00e7un en az\u0131ndan bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n Yahudilerin kendilerinde oldu\u011funu ima eder. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise bilhassa \u0130srail konusunda, ba\u015fka devletler s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda benzer refleksin g\u00f6sterilmemesine ra\u011fmen \u0130srail devletinin hareketlerinin &#8220;Yahudice&#8221;\u009d \u015feklinde nitelenmesi sorunludur.&#8221;\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Yenero\u011flu antisemitizm konusunu \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle noktalad\u0131: &#8220;Di\u011fer bir nokta ise tarihi su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 Federal Almanya&#039;n\u0131n Yahudiler ve nesillerine kar\u015f\u0131 olan \u00f6zel sorumlulu\u011fudur. &nbsp;Bu \u00f6zel sorumluluk \u0130srail politikalar\u0131n\u0131n hakl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve savunulmas\u0131 \u015feklinde \u0130srail devletine yans\u0131maktad\u0131r. &nbsp;Bu esnada ne \u0130srail i\u00e7erisinde devleti ele\u015ftiren sesler ne de Alman Yahudilerinin \u0130srail politikalar\u0131na mesafeli olmalar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmamakta, Yahudi olmayan, \u00f6zellikle &#039;Arap&#039;ve &#039;M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#039;lardan gelen \u0130srail ele\u015ftirisi \u00e7o\u011funlukla do\u011frudan antisemitizm \u015feklinde nitelenmektedir.&#8221;\u009d<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Yenero\u011flu&#039;nun konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, D\u0131\u015f \u0130li\u015fkiler E\u011fitim Kursu kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n soru y\u00f6nelttikleri ve kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini ifade ettikleri b\u00f6l\u00fcme ge\u00e7ildi.
