Zira o d\u00f6nemde halk\u0131n y\u00fczde 56&#8217;s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 Bengalceyi anadili olarak kullan\u0131rken, Urduca halk\u0131n sadece y\u00fczde 3&#8217;\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Ve 1971 y\u0131l\u0131nda Do\u011fu Bengalliler dokuz ayl\u0131k bir i\u00e7 sava\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Pakistan&#8217;dan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ilan ettiler ve yeni kurulan Banglade\u015f Devleti&#8217;nin resmi dili art\u0131k Bengalce oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n tarihte ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu olay\u0131 iyi okumal\u0131 ve kendimize dersler \u00e7\u0131karmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada yakla\u015f\u0131k 6000 dil konu\u015fulmaktad\u0131r. UNESCO&#8217;nun yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dil atlas\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bu dillerden 2474&#8217;\u00fc tehlike alt\u0131nda bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bunlara, 1950 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana kaybolmu\u015f olan 230 dil de d\u00e2hildir. Kaybolan her dil ayn\u0131 zamanda insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak k\u00fclt\u00fcr miras\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n kaybolmas\u0131 demektir. Bu nedenle dil \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ve anadilin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmenin ve ayn\u0131 zamanda dilsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel gelenekleri geli\u015ftirme bilincine sahip olman\u0131n \u00f6nemi \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan, entegrasyon tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda anadilin maalesef ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f bir de\u011fer gibi yans\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00fcz\u00fclerek \u015fahit oluyoruz. Dilsel yetkinlik s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda ise maalesef sadece hangi dilin mesleki a\u00e7\u0131dan ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fant\u0131da daha avantajl\u0131 oldu\u011funa dikkat ediliyor. Ancak bu noktada dilin sadece bir anla\u015fma ve ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda ki\u015finin kimli\u011fini olu\u015fturan, bu kimlikle s\u0131k\u0131 bir ili\u015fki i\u00e7erisinde olan ve duygusal anlamda birle\u015ftirici bir unsur oldu\u011fu dikkatlerden ka\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Dil ayr\u0131ca nesiller ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e insanlar\u0131n bilgi ve tecr\u00fcbeleriyle giderek b\u00fcy\u00fcyen \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir hazine gibidir. Bir dilin yok olmas\u0131 insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kendi bilgi miras\u0131ndan bir par\u00e7an\u0131n kaybolmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir. Dillerin korunmas\u0131 ise de\u011ferler ve kimliklerin tan\u0131nmas\u0131 ve koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir.
