Bu giri\u015fim &#8216;M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara&#8217; kar\u015f\u0131 sergilenen d\u00fc\u015fmanca tutumlar\u0131n sorun te\u015fkil etti\u011fini, ancak \u0130slam dinine kar\u015f\u0131 olan nefretin me\u015fru oldu\u011funu savunmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece F\u0130B, kendi iddialar\u0131n\u0131n tam aksine, kavramlara netlik getirmemekte, tersine, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 stereotiplerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00f6zde \u0130slam tenkit\u00e7ilerinin s\u00f6ylemlerinin me\u015frula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Bir din olarak \u0130slam&#8217;a ve onu temsil eden de\u011fer ve sembollere kar\u015f\u0131 nefreti alenen k\u00f6r\u00fcklemek, cezay\u0131 gerektiren fiillerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak bir zemin olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr filleri besleyen ortamlar &#8216;\u0130slam ele\u015ftirisi&#8217; kategorisine konulup me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak istenmektedir. Halbuki F\u0130B&#8217;in, antisemitizmde oldu\u011fu gibi \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda da, bu olgular\u0131 besleyen ortamlara kar\u015f\u0131 giri\u015fimlerde bulunarak ve kendi talepleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tutarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde &#8216;toplumsal kutupla\u015fmaya&#8217; engel olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak -en az\u0131ndan tarafs\u0131zl\u0131k ilkesine riayet ederek- bu t\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemlere kat\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Ancak Bakanl\u0131k, \u00f6zellikle s\u00f6zde \u0130slam tenkit\u00e7ilerinin taraf\u0131n\u0131 tutmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>F\u0130B&#8217;in y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bu \u00e7abas\u0131 herkes\u00e7e malum olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, nas\u0131l olur da baz\u0131 \u0130slami cemaatler \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6r\u00fckleyen b\u00f6yle oyunlara destek verirler? A\u0130K kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n fark\u0131nda olup olmad\u0131klar\u0131 bile kamuoyu taraf\u0131ndan bilinmemektedir. Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;in, Adolf Hitler&#8217;in &#8216;Kavgam&#8217; (Mein Kampf) kitab\u0131na benzetilmesi, Peygamber Efendimiz Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.) hakk\u0131nda nefret dolu karikat\u00fcrler yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131, s\u00fcnnet, ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yasaklar\u0131 ve dini kurallara g\u00f6re kurban kesme ile ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar esnas\u0131nda okunan \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 nutuklar, F\u0130B&#8217;n\u0131n anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re bireylerin haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal etmemesi sebebiyle M\u00fcsl\u00fcman d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fildir, bunlar sadece \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir ve bundan dolay\u0131 me\u015frudurlar. Ancak \u00f6zellikle bu tutum, din\u00ee baz\u0131 gruplara y\u00f6nelik insan d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 besleyici bir ortam olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Konferansa kat\u0131lan baz\u0131 \u0130slami cemaat temsilcileri ayr\u0131ca, &#8216;M\u00fcsl\u00fcman d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, antisemitizm ve \u0130slamizme&#8217; kar\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen m\u00fccadele \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde haz\u0131rlanan projelerde sorumluluk \u00fcstlenmektedirler. Bu projeler ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00f6zde &#8216;legalist \u0130slamizme&#8217; kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projelerdir. Federal Anayasay\u0131 Koruma Dairesi Raporu&#8217;ndaki tarife g\u00f6re &#8216;legalist \u0130slamizm&#8217;, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimliklerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, dine uygun bir ya\u015fam i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eden ve b\u00f6ylece g\u00fcya entegrasyonu imk\u00e2ns\u0131z h\u00e2le getiren bir \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda akla gelen bir di\u011fer soru da, hangi (yeni) sebeplerden dolay\u0131 \u0130slam cemaatlerinin A\u0130K&#8217;nin ilk a\u015famalar\u0131nda takip ettikleri \u00e7izginin gerisinde kald\u0131klar\u0131 sorusudur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ge\u00e7mi\u015fte oldu\u011fu gibi bug\u00fcn de &#8216;\u0130slamizm&#8217; kavram\u0131n\u0131 &#8211; en az\u0131ndan bas\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda &#8211; reddetmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0130K&#8217;nin ortaya koydu\u011fu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n, konsepti ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lanan &#8216;G\u00fcvenlik Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217; giri\u015fimiyle hemen hemen hi\u00e7bir fark\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, baz\u0131 \u0130slam cemaatleri bu konsepte kat\u0131l\u0131p destek\u00e7i olmu\u015flard\u0131r.
