Y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora yapmay\u0131 hedefleyen \u00fcniversitelilerden se\u00e7ilen kitle bilhassa \u0130slami ilimler, tarih, felsefe, edebiyat, siyaset, sosyolo\u00adji, psikoloji ve iktisat gibi bir\u00e7ok alanda e\u011fitim g\u00f6rerek ufuklar\u0131n\u0131 zenginle\u015ftirme imk\u00e2n\u0131na sahipler. \u00dcniversiteli gen\u00e7lerin, \u0130slamiyet\u2019in sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla zaman\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kav\u00adrayarak fikir ve teklifler sunabilecek yeterlilikte olmalar\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu ba\u011flamda onlar\u0131n dikka\u00adtini hikmet alan\u0131na \u00e7ekmeyi ve hikmete maz\u00adhar olmak isteyenlere yol g\u00f6stermeyi kendine vazife addetmekte olan \u00dcniversiteliler Ba\u015fkan\u00adl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir. Ufuklar\u0131n\u0131 sadece \u00fcniversite e\u011fitimi ile ve uz\u00admanla\u015f\u0131lan alanla k\u0131s\u0131tlamayan, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 top\u00adlumda s\u00f6yleyecek bir s\u00f6z\u00fc olan, topluma ciddi anlamda fayda sa\u011flayabilen, sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda olan, gaye ve vizyon sahibi nesillerin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak temel vazifemizdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n amac\u0131n\u0131 ana hatlar\u0131yla k\u0131saca aktat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hem \u0130slam medeniyetini hem de i\u00e7inde ya\u00ad\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi tan\u0131yan, te\u015fkilat\u0131m\u0131z arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile M\u00fcsl\u00fc\u00admanlar\u0131 ileri noktalara ta\u015f\u0131yacak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcven sa\u00adhibi y\u00f6neticilerin yeti\u015ftirilmesi hedeflerimizin ba\u015f\u0131nda gemektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve At\u00f6lyeler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ucu a\u00e7\u0131k bir ilm\u00ee terbiye program\u0131ndan ziyade, elde edecece\u011fi ilm\u00ee ve irfani donan\u0131mla toplumu y\u00f6nlendirecek birey\u00adlerin yeti\u015fmesini sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedefleyen bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u00admad\u0131r. Herkesin y\u00f6netici olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil elbette. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, ayn\u0131 zamanda evreni ve in\u00adsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanca bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla yorumlaya\u00adcak ve bu do\u011frultuda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm teklifleri sunacak m\u00fcnevverlerin yeti\u015fmesine de zemin haz\u0131rla\u00adyacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tarihten siyasete, sanata kadar Avrupa merkezci d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn egemen ol\u00addu\u011fu g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde en b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r bu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projede yer alm\u0131\u015f ve mezun olmu\u015f karde\u015flerimizi neler bekliyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n entelekt\u00fcel alandaki ihti\u00adyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak akademisyenlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gayelerimizin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. \u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve At\u00f6yle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n hedefleri\u00adni birka\u00e7 nokta olarak \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralayabiliriz asl\u0131nda: Y\u00fcksek lisans ve doktora \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmek, te\u015fkilat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yay\u0131n organla\u00adr\u0131 olan Perspektif, Sabah \u00dclkesi gibi akademik dergi ve medya organlar\u0131nda yazarl\u0131k yapmak, terc\u00fcme komisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumunu sa\u011flaya\u00adrak Avrupa\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 olan yay\u0131nlar\u0131n yerel dillere kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fla\u00admak, ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fcleri ile Avrupa\u2019daki M\u00fcs\u00adl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 ilgilendiren mevzularda akademik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve raporlar haz\u0131rlamak, Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan \u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve At\u00f6lyeler \u00e7a\u00adl\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na kat\u0131lan gen\u00e7lerin tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131, ortak bir dert etraf\u0131nda bulu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na zemin haz\u0131rlamak, gelecekte in\u015fa edilecek okul, \u00fcniversite, kurum ve kuru\u00adlu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00f6rev almalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6zel E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca at\u00f6lyelerden bahsediliyor. At\u00f6lyeler tam olarak nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At\u00f6lyeler, \u00d6zel E\u011fitim program\u0131nda yer alan karde\u015flerimizin \u201c\u0130lmiyat\u201d, \u201cNazariyat\u201d ve \u201cHissiyat\u201d olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 gruba tasnif edil\u00admelerini ve bu gruplarda kendi alanlar\u0131nda uz\u00admanla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00fc\u00e7 grup da kendi aralar\u0131nda farkl\u0131 konularla ilgilenecekler.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin \u201c\u0130lmiyat\u201d grubuna de\u011finelim. G\u00fc\u00adn\u00fcm\u00fczde din, bir yanda oryantalist yorumlama bi\u00e7imleriyle g\u00fcncel siyasetin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcne sokul\u00admakta ve bu durum makul h\u00e2le getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktayken, di\u011fer yanda neredeyse s\u0131rf reaksiyoner tav\u0131rla sergilenen bir usul ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131\u00adl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile de\u011ferlendirilmektedir. Bu meselelerden do\u011fan mesuliyet ise d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak hayat\u0131 kapsayan dinin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ve ruhunu belirgenle\u015ftirmek ve o \u00f6z ve ruh ile hayat bul\u00admakt\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130lmiyat At\u00f6lyesi, \u00fcslup yani metodolojiye a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k vermek suretiyle ilahiyat, oryantalizm, \u0130slami ve din\u00ee ilimler alanlar\u0131nda talebeleri ihtisasla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. \u0130lm-i kelam ve akaid, \u0130slam tarihi ve \u0130slam\u2019da modernle\u015fme, usul-\u00fc f\u0131k\u0131h ve usul-\u00fc hadis, tasavvuf, tefsir ve g\u00fcncel oryantalizm ile din tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 konula\u00adr\u0131n\u0131 bu at\u00f6lye i\u00e7in s\u0131ralayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Nazariyat At\u00f6lyesi, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n h\u00e2kim paradig\u00admas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden modern Bat\u0131 Medeniyeti\u2019nin ana hatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve tarih\u00ee evrelerinden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze sirayet eden s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ele alacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu\u00adg\u00fcn dayat\u0131lan tek d\u00fcnyal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n fark\u0131na varmak, s\u00f6z konusu dayatman\u0131n iktisadi dayanak ve zorunluluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemekle beraber, felse\u00adfi altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tarih\u00ee derinli\u011fini de kavramakla anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Siyaset ve iktisat tarihi, kapita\u00adlizmin temelleri ve do\u011fu\u015fu, antik Yunan\u2019dan modern felsefeye, bilim, edebiyat ve g\u00f6\u00e7 gibi konular\u0131 da Nazariyat grubu i\u00e7in s\u0131ralayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Hissiyat At\u00f6lyesi ise genelde sanat\u0131n ve \u00f6zelde \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ileti\u015fim dili h\u00e2line gelen med\u00adya olgusunu sinema \u00fczerinden de\u011ferlendirip insan\u0131n alg\u0131lama ve anlamland\u0131rma faaliyetle\u00adrini nas\u0131l etkiledi\u011fini ara\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. Akabinde \u201cMedya arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla inhirafa u\u011frayan alg\u0131lama ve anlamd\u0131rma faaliyetleri terbiye edildi\u011fi tak\u00adtirde bu inhirafa sebep olan medya da \u0131slah edi\u00adlebilir mi?\u201d sorusuna cevap aranacakt\u0131r. Konu olarak sinema ve tarih, medya ve ileti\u015fim, sanat ve sinema, psikoloji ve dil de\u011ferlendirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su\u0308meyye Han\u0131m, siz de \u00d6zel E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda yer ald\u0131n\u0131z. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada gen\u00e7lerin ve bilhassa han\u0131m karde\u015flerimizin elde etti\u011fi kazan\u0131mlardan bahseder misiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zel E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131mlar\u0131ndan bahsederken san\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7o\u011fu okuyucumuz bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n gen\u00e7 karde\u015flerimizin kariyerlerine olan katk\u0131s\u0131 veya \u00e7ok \u201cbilgili\u201d insan olmalar\u0131n\u00addaki rol\u00fcnden bahsedece\u011fimizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilirler. Fakat \u015funu vurgulamak isteriz ki bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma\u00adm\u0131z\u0131n ana gayesi bilgi \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile \u00f6v\u00fcnece\u011fimiz gen\u00e7ler yeti\u015ftirmek de\u011fildir. Zira meselenin asl\u0131 malumattan \u00f6te ilmin \u00f6z\u00fc ve hakikatine kavu\u015f\u00admakt\u0131r. \u0130slam ilim gelene\u011finde malumat edinip tek tip insan \u201c\u00fcretmek\u201d gibi bir e\u011fitim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yoktur. Aksine \u201ctalim ve terbiye\u201d d\u00fcsturundan hareketle hem ilim edinmek hem ilmiyle amil olmak hem de ahlak\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fczelle\u015ftirmektir as\u0131l gaye. \u0130slam ilim gelene\u011finin temelini olu\u015ftu\u00adran bu d\u00fcstur ilim-irfan-hikmet b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn e\u011fitimdeki tezah\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversiteli gen\u00e7ler ve han\u0131m karde\u015flerimiz \u00d6zel E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 sayesinde d\u00fcnyada var olanlar\u0131 ve olup bitenleri okurken, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00adken ve yorumlarken keyfiyetlerinden yani \u201cna\u00ads\u0131l\u201dl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6te mahiyetlerine, yani \u201cne\u201dli\u011fine bakmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmekteler. Bu \u015fu demek oluyor: M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman ve mek\u00e2n\u0131n bilin\u00adcinde olarak meselesinin \u201cnas\u0131l\u201d olmas\u0131 ve \u00e7\u00f6\u00adz\u00fcmlenmesi gerekti\u011finden ziyade \u201cne\u201d olmas\u0131 ve olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeli. \u00d6zel E\u011fi\u00adtim\u2019e kat\u0131lan gen\u00e7 ve han\u0131m karde\u015flerimiz i\u00e7in \u00fcniversitede okumak kalifiye olmak \u00fczere ez\u00adbercilik yapmak ve sisteme k\u00f6r\u00fc k\u00f6r\u00fcne uyum sa\u011flamak anlam\u0131na gelmemektedir. \u00dcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi olmak onlar i\u00e7in ilmiyle amel etmeye talip olmay\u0131, ezber bozan ve bilgiyi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u00adca sorgulayan biri olmay\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131sacas\u0131 bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131n kazan\u0131m\u0131 zaten edinilen malumat\u0131n mahiyetinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u00adca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek fark\u0131nda olup nihayetinde dert ve kayg\u0131 sahibi olmakt\u0131r. Zira dertlenmeyen ve kayg\u0131lanmayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman okusa da okumasa da ayn\u0131 bo\u015fluktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peki bu ba\u011flamda u\u0308niversiteli han\u0131m karde\u015flerimize ne s\u00f6ylemek isterseniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversiteli han\u0131m karde\u015flerimin tahsil hayatlar\u0131 boyunca modernitenin getirdi\u011fi de\u00ad\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131na binaen belli bir e\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 daima pe\u015flerinden gelmektedir. Ken\u00addi ayaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde durmak, maddiyat ve maneviyatta ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ve \u201cg\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u201d olmak i\u00e7in \u00fcniversite okumal\u0131. E\u011fitim-\u00f6\u011fretim, mes\u00adleki veya ev han\u0131m\u0131 stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki derecelerden bahsederken art\u0131k mahiyet farklar\u0131ndan bahse\u00adder olduk maalesef. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla biri di\u011ferinden daha \u00fcst\u00fcn ve de\u011ferli demekteyiz ne yaz\u0131k ki. \u0130\u015fte emansipasyonu idealize eden ve feminiz\u00adme meyleden bu gerek\u00e7enin bizler fark\u0131nda olup bunu reddetmeliyiz. Nitekim \u0130slami aile yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ve mesuliyetlerinin bilincinde olan ve maddiyata gere\u011finden fazla de\u011fer vermeyen M\u00fcsl\u00fcman han\u0131m\u0131n derdi bunlar olmamal\u0131, ki olamaz. \u0130ster \u00fcniversite okusun ister meslek e\u011fitimi g\u00f6rs\u00fcn isterse ev han\u0131m\u0131 olsun, \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00adl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada da ahirette de muttaki bir kul olmaktan ge\u00e7ti\u011finin bilincinde olmal\u0131. Dolay\u0131\u00ads\u0131yla han\u0131m karde\u015flerime \u201cKesinlikle \u00fcniversite okumal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z, kariyer yapmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.\u201d diye mesaj vermiyorum.
