Toplam d\u00f6rt mod\u00fclden olu\u015fan ileri e\u011fitim program\u0131n\u0131n ilki Eyl\u00fcl 2014 tarihinde 68 hocahan\u0131m ile ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Birinci mod\u00fcl\u00fcn konu ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cBirey, aile, toplum ve ileti\u015fim\u201d idi. \u0130kinci mod\u00fclde \u201cHitabet ve ileti\u015fim\u201d konular\u0131 ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u201cTe\u015fkilat tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ve pratik sunumlar\u201d 3. mod\u00fcl\u00fcn konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil ediyordu. Sonuncusu ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen programda ise hocahan\u0131mlar, \u201c\u0130nsan geli\u015fim psikolojisi, hitabet, ileti\u015fim ve te\u015fkilat\u201d derslerinden s\u0131nava girdiler.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131nlar Te\u015fkilat\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hatice \u015eahin\u2019in cumartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumlar, hocahan\u0131mlar\u0131n kendini ve yeteneklerini ke\u015ffetme ve pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc yap\u0131lan s\u00f6zl\u00fc s\u0131navlar\u0131na iyi bir \u00f6n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma te\u015fkil etti.<\/p>\n<p>Tashih-i huruf dersleri Genel Merkez hatibesi Zehra Dizman taraf\u0131ndan verildi. Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem e\u011fitiminde, do\u011fru okuma noktas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli olan bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar b\u00fcy\u00fck bir istekle takip ettiler.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki g\u00fcnl\u00fck programda IGMG birimleri taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile ilgili sunumlar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Te\u015fkilatlanma Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Murat \u0130leri\u2019nin, Te\u015fkilatlanma Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren sunumu hocahan\u0131mlar taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck be\u011feni al\u0131rken, Sosyal Hizmetler ad\u0131na da sunum yap\u0131larak mali ibadetlerin \u00f6nemine de\u011finildi, hocahan\u0131mlara bu noktada dikkat etmeleri gereken hususlar aktar\u0131ld\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (KGT) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131tan KGT Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Meryem Saral, hocahan\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zdan KGT \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na destek bekledi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nceden se\u00e7mi\u015f olduklar\u0131 hitabet konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131na haz\u0131rlanan hocahan\u0131mlar j\u00fcri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sunumlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiler. Sunumlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan \u201cKi\u015fisel motivasyon, zaman ve grup y\u00f6netimi\u201d dersi Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 eski Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail Karad\u00f6l taraf\u0131ndan verildi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren birim ba\u015fkan\u0131 olarak KT E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Handan Yaz\u0131c\u0131 da gayretle ve son g\u00fcne kadar kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm zorluklara ra\u011fmen y\u0131lmadan programa i\u015ftirak eden, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve s\u00f6zl\u00fc imtihanlara kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm hocahan\u0131mlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. Ayr\u0131ca her birinin mutlaka bir ev sohbeti halkas\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fi \u00fczerinde durdu. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n burada bitmedi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Handan Yaz\u0131c\u0131, kursu ba\u015far\u0131yla bitirmi\u015f olan hocahan\u0131mlar i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131n\u0131n da m\u00fcjdesini verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak genel bir de\u011ferlendirme yapan KT Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Hatice \u015eahin, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan hocahan\u0131mlar\u0131 tebrik etti ve \u015f\u00fckranlar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.
