Kerpen\u2019de yap\u0131lan E\u011fitim Merkezi ve \u0130slami \u0130limler Kurs M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri Toplant\u0131s\u0131\u2019na b\u00f6lgelerden 163 g\u00f6revli idareci kat\u0131ld\u0131. E\u011fitim Merkezleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, \u0130slami \u0130limler B\u00f6lge Sorumlular\u0131 ve M\u00fcd\u00fcrlerinin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abd\u00fclhalim \u0130nam, 3 ya\u015f\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak bir metot ve sisteme dayanan IGMG e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n muhataplar\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131nda e\u011fitim idarecelerinin rol\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nemine vurgu yapt\u0131. \u0130nam \u201cAvrupa\u2019da 6,5 milyon T\u00fcrkiye k\u00f6kenli M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ya\u015famakta ve varsay\u0131mla bunun 1 milyonu \u00e7ocuk; bizim cami ve e\u011fitim merkezlerimize gelen \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131 ise sadece 53 bin, bu say\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak %5\u2019e tekab\u00fcl etmektedir ve bu say\u0131 bizim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve \u00fcretme kapasitemizin \u00e7ok alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Yerim yok, s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131m yok demekten ziyade, inan\u0131rsak ba\u015far\u0131r\u0131z ilkesiyle hareket ederek e\u011fitime uygun yerler a\u00e7maya gayret etmeliyiz. \u00d6\u011frencimizi gen\u00e7li\u011fe ge\u00e7i\u015fe kadar din\u00ee bilgiler e\u011fitimi, ev \u00f6devi yard\u0131m kurslar\u0131, sosyal faaliyetler, anne babalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ebeveyn takviye ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bo\u015fluk b\u0131rakmayacak \u015fekilde ku\u015fatmal\u0131, onlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel geli\u015fiminde ve gelece\u011fe y\u00f6nelik hedef belirlemelerinde etkin roller oynamal\u0131y\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Veli ziyaretlerinin \u00f6nemine de vurgu yapan Abd\u00fclhalim \u0130nam \u201c\u00d6\u011frencilerimizi aile ortam\u0131nda g\u00f6rmeli ve s\u0131cak bir ili\u015fki kurmaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermeliyiz.\u201d dedi. \u0130nam idarecilere da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan rehber k\u0131lavuzda bulunan maddelere s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131 riayet edilmesi ve e\u011fitim merkezlerinin kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynayan evrak-dosya takibi, listelendirme, \u00f6\u011fretmen toplant\u0131lar\u0131, veli toplant\u0131lar\u0131 gibi i\u00e7 dinamiklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra kurumsal kimlik olu\u015fmas\u0131 gibi d\u0131\u015f dinamiklerin de \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde tamamlanm\u0131\u015f bir hedef olmas\u0131n\u0131 beklediklerini ilave etti. Temel Bilgiler 3 seviyesindeki ya\u015f grubunun genellikle Temel E\u011fitime kat\u0131lmadan 12 ya\u015f\u0131nda kurslardan ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu ya\u015ftaki baz\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin ise Temel Bilgiler 3 derslerini bu ya\u015fta ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 tespit ettiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Hakan Ayd\u0131n, ana s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak 15 ya\u015f\u0131na kadar hi\u00e7bir bo\u015fluk olu\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde m\u00fcfredat\u0131n oldu\u011funu ve buna g\u00f6re ders yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.
