Yahudili\u011fin Yehuda isminden geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Erba\u0219, Yehuda\u2019n\u0131n Y\u00e2k\u00fbb (a.s.)\u2019\u0131n o\u011flu oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Erba\u0219 \u0130srail kavram\u0131na de\u011findi, Yahudili\u011fin tarih\u00e7esini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Erba\u015f Yahudilikte Hz. D\u00e2vud ve Hz. S\u00fcleyman peygamberlerin \u00f6nemine de\u011finirken S\u00fcleyman Mabedi\u2019ninyap\u0131m ve y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131, bu esnada kaybolan Tevrat\u2019\u0131n daha sonra nas\u0131l tekrardan yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na de\u011findi.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Ali Erba\u0219 Hristiyanl\u0131k tarihi hakk\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli bilgiler payla\u0219t\u0131. Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tarihinin \u00ces\u00e2 (a.s.)\u2019\u0131n \u201cvefat\u0131ndan\u201d yakla\u0219\u0131k 100 sene sonra ba\u0219lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Erba\u015f, o g\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n tarih\u00ee s\u00fcrecini aktard\u0131. Hrist,yanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u0130ncil\u2019in g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze gelene kadar ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi evrelerinde ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumda Hristiyanl\u0131k i\u00e7erisindeki mezhep farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131nada de\u011finildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klasik ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nTefsir dersleri \u00dcniversiteliler Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Komisyon \u00dcyelerinden Harun Yapar\u2019\u0131n \u201cTefsir Usul\u00fcne Giri\u015f\u201d dersi ile ba\u015flad\u0131. Genel giri\u015f olarak i\u015flenen derste tefsir usul\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0130slami ilimler aras\u0131ndaki yeri ve ilah\u00ee murad\u0131n do\u011fru anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemi anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 anlamada tefsire duyulan ihtiyaca de\u011finildi. Tefsir ve te\u2019vil kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131p mukayese edildi. \u0130lk d\u00f6nemden itibaren te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmi\u015f Kur\u2019an ilimleri ve bu sahalarda kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f eserlere de\u011finildi.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Necmettin G\u00f6kk\u0131r tefsir ilminde yeni e\u011filimler, Kur\u2019an ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yeni metot ve teoriler, Kur\u2019an ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131nda Bat\u0131l\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye etkileri, tarihselcilik ve hermen\u00f6tik, Anglo-Sakson ve Amerikan geleneklerinde revizyonizm gibi konular\u0131 sundu. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n Allah\u2019tan insana ula\u015fan bir ilah\u00ee kelam oldu\u011funu belirten G\u00f6kk\u0131r, tefsirin ise insandan Allah\u2019a ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ilmin ad\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. G\u00f6kk\u0131r klasik ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlad\u0131: \u201cKlasik tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131 murad-\u0131 ilah\u00ee merkezlidir. Yani klasik tefsir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda temel soru: Allah bu ayette neyi murat etmi\u015ftir? sorusudur. Modern d\u00fcnyan\u0131n olu\u015fumu ile \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda da modern tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bilhassa \u0131slahat\u00e7\u0131 ak\u0131m\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tefsir tasavvuru klasik d\u00f6nemde oldu\u011fu gibi murad-\u0131 ilah\u00ee merkezli de\u011fil, insan ve toplum merkezli olmu\u015ftur. Yani \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tefsir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda temel soru: Ben bu ayetten ne anl\u0131yorum? sorusudur. Bu ciddi bir de\u011fi\u015fimdir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fiminde siyasi ve epistemik nedenlerin etkili oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen G\u00f6kk\u0131r; \u201cS\u00f6m\u00fcrge, oryantalizm, Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma, modernle\u015fme, \u00e2lim yerine ayd\u0131n kimli\u011finin olu\u015fumu, g\u00f6\u00e7ler ve terc\u00fcmeler gibi hususlar \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda yeni ve farkl\u0131 tefsir tasavvurlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumunda etkili olmu\u015ftur.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAhlak ve ba\u015far\u0131 ters orant\u0131l\u0131 h\u00e2le geldi.\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130leti\u015fim ve medya konular\u0131na dair sunumlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayan T.C. Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kurumsal \u0130leti\u015fim Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. M\u00fccahit K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcky\u0131lmaz sosyal medyan\u0131n tarih\u00e7esini ve geli\u015fim kademelerini sundu. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcky\u0131lmaz \u201cSosyal medya, hem i\u00e7erik \u00fcretti\u011fimiz hem de i\u00e7erik t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz sanal d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ad\u0131d\u0131r ve Bat\u0131 d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n belki de en b\u00fcy\u00fck icad\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d dedi. 1969 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ARPANET haberle\u015fme sistemi ile ba\u015flayan bu ser\u00fcven gibi t\u00fcm teknolojik ilerlemelerin arka plan\u0131n\u0131nda asl\u0131nda asker\u00ee gayelerin yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Sosyal medya kimli\u011fi ile ger\u00e7ek kimli\u011fi aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 olan bireylerin oldu\u011funu belirten K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcky\u0131lmaz \u201cModern d\u00fcnyada ahlaki kurallar bir\u00e7ok alanda buharla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130nsana, canl\u0131lara ve t\u00fcm varl\u0131klara ahlaki kurallar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yakla\u015fmakla m\u00fckkellef olmam\u0131za ra\u011fmen, ne yaz\u0131k ki modern d\u00fcnyada ahlak ve ba\u015far\u0131 ters orant\u0131l\u0131 h\u00e2le getirilmi\u015ftir. Sosyal medyan\u0131n arka plan\u0131nda bir ideolojinin yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmamak laz\u0131m.\u201d dedi.<br \/>\nMedya alan\u0131nda sunumlar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayan konu\u015fmac\u0131lar ise SETA\u2019dan Dr. Enes Bayrakl\u0131 ve MEND kurulu\u015fundan Dr. Shenaz Bunglawala idi. Bayrakl\u0131 \u0130slamofobi ve medya konular\u0131n\u0131 sunarken, Bunglawala da \u0130ngilizce olarak ba\u015fta \u0130ngiltere medyas\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere Avrupa medya organlar\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman alg\u0131s\u0131 konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Az\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nMedya konular\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda IGMG\u2019nin yay\u0131n organlar\u0131 Perspektif, Sabah \u00dclkesi ve Islamiq ile \u00f6zel oturumlar ve at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Oturumlara ge\u00e7ilmeden evvel Perspektif Dergisi Edit\u00f6r\u00fc Elif Zehra Kandemir\u2019in az\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131n\u0131 konu alan semineri ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. \u201cAz\u0131nl\u0131k\u201d kavram\u0131na de\u011finen Kandemir, Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaatin \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131k\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fini, sonradan g\u00f6\u00e7 eden bir topluluk oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de uluslararas\u0131 az\u0131nl\u0131k koruma mekanizmalar\u0131ndan faydalanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Ard\u0131ndan az\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131 olman\u0131n beraberinde getirdi\u011fi baz\u0131 tehlikelere de\u011finerek bu tehlikelerden ilkinin \u201conlar-biz\u201d s\u00f6yleminin i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi oldu\u011funu; az\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011funluk topluma daimi bir \u201cayr\u0131mc\u0131\u201d, az\u0131nl\u0131klara ise daimi \u201cma\u011fdur\u201d yaftas\u0131 yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n tehlikeli bir okuma oldu\u011funu ifade etti. \u0130kinci tehlike olarak da az\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131nda h\u00e2kim topluma kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fckselen ele\u015ftirilerde yeni bir tutarl\u0131l\u0131k testinin s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funu, \u00f6rne\u011fin Bat\u0131 Avrupa h\u00fck\u00fbmetlerine \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131, ayr\u0131mc\u0131 uygulamlar\u0131 nedeniyle y\u00f6neltilen ele\u015ftirilerin k\u00f6ken \u00fclke T\u00fcrkiye oldu\u011funda dile getirilmedi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kandemir s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cAz\u0131nl\u0131k medyas\u0131 olmak ya da belli bir az\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik haber yapmak bir meydan okuyu\u015fu da beraberinde getiriyor: \u2018Az\u0131nl\u0131k haklar\u0131\u2019 derken, \u2018\u00e7okk\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck\u2019 derken, anadilde e\u011fitimin te\u015fviki, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fin korunmas\u0131 derken bunlar\u0131 sadece Avrupa\u2019da ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat i\u00e7in mi arzuluyoruz, yoksa bunlar bizim s\u00f6ylemlerimizde genel ilkesel bir duru\u015f h\u00e2line gelebiliyor mu?\u201d Kandemir sunumunda daha sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki Rum cemaati gazetesi olan Apoyevmatini ve Yahudi cemaatin gazetesi olan \u015ealom \u00f6rneklerine de\u011findi.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerden sonra Perspektif, Sabah \u00dclkesi ve Islamiq olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 salonda at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Perspektif\u2019in at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar \u00e7okk\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck \u00fczerine bir tart\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikten sonra \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile ili\u015fkilerin sorunlu addedildi\u011fi bir ba\u011flamda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yay\u0131n yapman\u0131n zorluklar\u0131\u201dna dair konu\u015ftular. Derginin redaksiyon plan\u0131 sunularak \u00f6rnek bir redaksiyon toplant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fi anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Di\u011fer grupta Almanca haber-yorum sitesi Islamiq Genel Yay\u0131n Y\u00f6netmeni Ali Mete ve redaksiyondan Esra Ayari bir at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda bulundular. G\u00fcnl\u00fck habercilik esnas\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman gazetecilerin ne gibi zorluklar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdiler. Bunu yakinen anlamak i\u00e7in at\u00f6lye kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 pratik olarak haber metinleri \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Sabah \u00dclkesi at\u00f6lyesinde ise derginin 50. say\u0131s\u0131 vesile edilerek Avrupa\u2019da T\u00fcrk\u00e7e k\u00fclt\u00fcr, sanat ve felsefe dergisi yay\u0131nlaman\u0131n anlam\u0131 \u00fczerine konu\u015fuldu.
