Ana Te\u015fkilat, Kad\u0131nlar Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (KT), Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (GT) ve Kad\u0131nlar Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (KGT) koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya \u00f6nem vermeli ve toplant\u0131 prensiplerine uymal\u0131d\u0131r. Ekip ruhuyla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131, isti\u015fare ve atama prensiplerine uymal\u0131, birim ve hizmet g\u00f6revini birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctmeli, emanet duygusu ta\u015f\u0131mal\u0131, e\u011fitimli ve kendisini geli\u015ftirmeye a\u00e7\u0131k olmal\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda \u00f6nce kendisi fed\u00e2k\u00e2r olmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da yeti\u015fen gen\u00e7lerin g\u00f6rev ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan \u201cGen\u00e7lik ve aidiyet\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 sunumu GT Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00dcnal \u00dcnalan yapt\u0131. Dersin i\u00e7eri\u011finde Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019e g\u00f6re \u00f6rnek model gen\u00e7ler, Peygamber Efendimiz ve gen\u00e7lik e\u011fitimi, bir gence etki eden ve y\u00f6n veren unsurlar, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gen\u00e7li\u011finin en \u00f6nemli problemleri, gen\u00e7li\u011fin ki\u015filik geli\u015fimi ve mensubiyeti i\u00e7in \u00f6neriler ve GT\u2019nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gibi konular i\u015flendi.<\/p>\n<p>Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Murat G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f IGMG\u2019nin g\u00fcncel meselelere bak\u0131\u015f\u0131na de\u011findi. Te\u015fkilat\u0131n geli\u015fen g\u00fcncel olaylara bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlarla ilgili IGMG\u2019nin katk\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve yap\u0131lan hizmetleri anlat\u0131lan sunumda G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f g\u00fcncel temel sorunlardan bahsederek M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu sorunlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda birlik beraberlik i\u00e7erisinde olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, birbirlerine destek olmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fini ve te\u015fkilat olarak bu sorumlulu\u011fu yerine getirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Birinci g\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda B\u00f6lgelerin Birim Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 Genel Merkezdeki kendilerinden sorumlu olan birim ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ile birlikte grup toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde, IGMG\u2019nin e\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yeni nesilleri yeti\u015ftirmedeki \u00f6nemini anlatan \u201ce\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z ve gelece\u011fimiz\u201d konulu dersi E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Yrd. Do\u00e7. Dr. Abdulhalim \u0130nam sundu. \u0130nam \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cBiz varl\u0131\u011fa, bilgiye ve de\u011ferlere kendi medeniyetinin penceresinden bakman\u0131n bilinci ile temel de\u011feri insan olan ve hikmeti ku\u015fanm\u0131\u015f nesiller yeti\u015ftiren, medeniyet mimarlar\u0131y\u0131z. \u0130slam k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve medeniyetinden beslenerek, ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu anda i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu topluma katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve umrana ula\u015fmay\u0131 gaye edinmi\u015f bilge insanlar\u0131, t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 giderilmi\u015f e\u011fitim ortamlar\u0131nda yeti\u015ftirmi\u015f olma, hayat boyu e\u011fitim etkisi sa\u011flamay\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck hedef olarak almaktay\u0131z. Hayat boyu \u00f6\u011frenme ve uygulama imk\u00e2n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n nitelikli bir hayat s\u00fcrmelerine katk\u0131da bulunuyoruz. Bunun i\u00e7in ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015fmada kurumsalla\u015fma yol g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. E\u011fitim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturarak alternatifi olmayan bir e\u011fitim sunmaktay\u0131z. \u0130htiyaca g\u00f6re hareket etmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zelli\u011fimizdir. Bulundu\u011fumuz \u00fclkelerin&nbsp; \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re e\u011fitim hizmeti \u00fcretmek ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. Temel olarak stratejileri uygularken inanc\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve ahlaki de\u011ferlerimizi dikkate alarak bu hedeflere ula\u015fmay\u0131 pensip olarak benimsiyoruz.\u201d \u0130nam Ayr\u0131ca IGMG\u2019nin e\u011fitim modeli, e\u011fitim sistemi, materyalleri ve alanlar\u0131yla ilgili bilgilendirmelerde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEhl-i s\u00fcnnet akaidimiz\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 dersi \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Celil Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 sundu. Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 dersinde sahabe, selef, t\u00e2bi\u00fbn, tebe-i t\u00e2bi\u00een, Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet ve\u2019l-cemaat, fiilde ve ahk\u00e2mda tevhid, Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratmas\u0131, kaza ve kadere iman, kader hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00fcpheler, iman esaslar\u0131, \u00f6lm\u00fc\u015flere dua, ash\u00e2b-\u0131 kiram\u0131 sevmek, evliyan\u0131n fazileti ve ilim almada usul konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fledi.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131n\u0131n bitiminde kapan\u0131\u015f ve bir de\u011ferlendirme konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan Genel Ba\u015fkan Kemal Erg\u00fcn \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBu toplant\u0131lar gelece\u011fimizi y\u00f6nlendirmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131lard\u0131r. Te\u015fkilat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma esaslar\u0131 adl\u0131 dersle birer te\u015fkilat\u00e7\u0131 olarak hangi esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, gen\u00e7lik ve aidiyet dersi ile yeni nesillerimize kimlik ve ki\u015fili\u011fini nas\u0131l kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet akaidi dersi ile olmazsa olmaz inan\u00e7 temellerimizi, IGMG\u2019nin g\u00fcncel konulara bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 dersiyle de te\u015fkilat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fcncel meselelerle ilgili bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f olduk. \u00d6zellikle b\u00f6lgelerdeki y\u00f6neticilerimizin b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde anlamas\u0131 ve taban\u0131m\u0131za aktarmas\u0131 gerekir. Bunu yapmak i\u00e7in de bulundu\u011fumuz toplumlardaki \u0130slam\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 olan \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi i\u00e7in tebli\u011f ve davet yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00fczerimizdeki \u00f6nemli sorumluluklar\u0131m\u0131zdan birisidir. \u00dczerimize alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz bu \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revi sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcman topluma kar\u015f\u0131 yapmak bizi sorumluluktan kurtarmayacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz toplumun tamam\u0131na \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 anlatmak, aktarmak ve ya\u015fatmak da bizim vazifemizdir. Bundan dolay\u0131 bildi\u011fimiz ama \u00fczerinde yanl\u0131\u015f bilgiler \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen konular\u0131n anlat\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130slam itikad\u0131 dersi i\u015flenmi\u015ftir. Her zaman ifade etti\u011fimiz gibi hedefimiz bir medeniyet tasar\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Namaz k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in yery\u00fcz\u00fc bize mescit k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Camimiz olmasa da biz bir toprak par\u00e7as\u0131 \u00fczerinde namaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 k\u0131lar\u0131z. Camilerimize sadece namaz k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in de\u011fil, i\u00e7inde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, her ya\u015f grubundaki insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kendine yer bulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yaparken \u015fu 3 \u00f6zelli\u011fe sahip olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Birincisi niyet etmeli ve adanm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Niyetimiz sadece ve sadece Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmakt\u0131r. Adanm\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmayan, inananlar\u0131 olmayan hi\u00e7bir hareket ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015famaz. Sizler bu davan\u0131n inananlar\u0131, adanm\u0131\u015flar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z. Davam\u0131za olan inanc\u0131m\u0131zda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar olursa hedeflerimize ula\u015famay\u0131z. Bizim kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sahabenin beslendi\u011fi kayna\u011f\u0131n ayn\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kaynak bizi onlar gibi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecektir. Tarihte bunun onlarca \u00f6rne\u011fi vard\u0131r. \u0130kincisi sebat\u0131m\u0131z olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sebat istikrar demektir. Hepimiz alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz g\u00f6revlerimizi istikrarl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeliyiz. Sahabe efendilerimizden ba\u015flayarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar ger\u00e7ek m\u00fccadele adamlar\u0131 istikrarl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sergilemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Medeniyet tasar\u0131m\u0131 olan insanlar\u0131n istikrar\u0131 yoksa bir medeniyet in\u015fa edemezler. Bu istikrar, g\u00f6revlerimizin devam\u0131nda da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmelidir. Birimlerimizde ihtisasla\u015fmam\u0131z gerekir. Ba\u015fkanlar olarak da y\u00f6netti\u011fimiz karde\u015flerimizin istikrarl\u0131 olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. Ger\u00e7ek bir istikrar i\u00e7in insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7ekirdekten yeti\u015ftirmemiz gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7in de GT mutlaka kalifiye elemanlar yeti\u015ftirmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca her birimiz gen\u00e7lerimizin yeti\u015fmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmal\u0131, \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeliyiz. Gen\u00e7lerimizin e\u011fitilmeleri i\u00e7in \u00e7aba sar fetmeli, onlara kendilerini yeti\u015ftirmeleri i\u00e7in kitap okumak gibi baz\u0131 g\u00f6revler vermeli ve takibini yapmal\u0131y\u0131z. Yeti\u015fmi\u015f insanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 yapmak istedi\u011fimizde bunun i\u00e7in ehil insan bulmakta zorlan\u0131yoruz. Onun i\u00e7in hi\u00e7 durmadan insan yeti\u015ftirmeliyiz. Tarihe bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hi\u00e7bir g\u00f6\u00e7 hareketinin geriye d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fclmemektedir.
