Bilhassa evlerinde \u00f6ncelikli olarak Almanca konu\u015fmayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n anaokullar\u0131ndaki say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda bu durum daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu da baz\u0131 sorumluluklarla y\u00fczle\u015fmemiz gerekti\u011fi ger\u00e7e\u011fini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaktad\u0131r: Hem Almanca dilinin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi te\u015fvik edilmeli hem de anadiller sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Almanca dili hususunda Almanya say\u0131s\u0131z giri\u015fimde bulunmu\u015ftur, buna kar\u015f\u0131n Almanca harici anadillerin muhafaza edilmesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda bir \u015fey yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenemez. Anadil e\u011fitiminin verildi\u011fi dersler de g\u00fcn\u00fcn ge\u00e7 vakitlerinde sunulmakta, tabiri caizse di\u011fer anadillere \u00fcvey muamelesi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok okulda da anadil e\u011fitimi imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulmamaktad\u0131r; bu durum orta dereceli okullarda da ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Buralarda sunulan yabanc\u0131 dillerin say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Zihn\u00ee bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Eyalet h\u00fck\u00fbmetlerine dil \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini te\u015fvik etme \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulunuyoruz. Anadilde e\u011fitim verebilecek \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin yeti\u015ftirilmesi ve istihdam edilmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra anadillerin ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc yabanc\u0131 dil olarak se\u00e7ilebilmesi ve bu derslerin karneye i\u015flemesi de bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede zikredilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Evlerde anadil kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n Almanca dilinin \u00f6\u011frenilmesine engel oldu\u011fu y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki kanaatten de art\u0131k vazge\u00e7ilmelidir. Hakikat bunun tam aksidir.
