B\u00f6lge \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkanlar\u0131na, imam-hatip, e\u011fitimci, ilahiyat\u00e7\u0131 ve \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencilerine y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlenen panelde Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet mezhep imamlar\u0131ndan olan \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ve etkileri \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ve \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eelik\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>IGMG \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Ali Bozkurt\u2019un takdimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi panel, Mainz \u0130lahiyat Meslek Okulu \u2013 BeMuF \u00f6\u011frencilerinden Emrullah \u00c7uluk\u2019un Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem tilaveti ile ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Programda Genel Ba\u015fkan Kemal Erg\u00fcn T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ve Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerinden gelen konuklara y\u00f6nelik bir selamlama konu\u015fmas\u0131 yapt\u0131. Erg\u00fcn, gelenekleri ile ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 olmayan toplumlar\u0131n geleceklerinin de olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee hakk\u0131nda \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu: \u201c\u0130lim \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in diyar diyar gezen, gelene\u011fimizin banilerinden olan \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee, 54 y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u0131sa \u00f6mr\u00fcne b\u00fcy\u00fck eserler s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rabilmi\u015f, \u00e7a\u011flar \u00f6tesine seslenebilmi\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck bir aksiyon adam\u0131d\u0131r. Fetvan\u0131n dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flam olmas\u0131 durumunda yeni i\u00e7tihatlar\u0131n ortaya konulabilece\u011fini savunmu\u015f, bu y\u00f6nde eserler vererek \u0130slam \u00fcmmetine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Erg\u00fcn \u201cKibirle sulanm\u0131\u015f her \u015feyi kendinden menkul g\u00f6ren bir tutum olamaz\u201d diyerek, kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini nas olarak kabul eden ve yeni fikirlere a\u00e7\u0131k olmayan kimseler i\u00e7in \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin, sa\u011flam ve dayana\u011f\u0131 bulunan bir hadis buldu\u011funda kendi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc duvara \u00e7arpma tevazusunun \u00f6rnek oldu\u011funu ifade etti. \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geleneksel olarak d\u00fczenledi\u011fi panellerin asr\u0131n problemlerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde, Selef-i s\u00e2lih\u00een\u2019in g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi yollar \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00f6zellikle Bat\u0131 toplumunda ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n meselelerinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Panelin moderat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc K\u00e2tip \u00c7elebi \u00dcniversitesi \u0130slami \u0130limler Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Saffet K\u00f6se ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Panelde Marmara \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Bilal Aybakan \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin hayat\u0131, ilm\u00ee ki\u015fili\u011fi ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde din\u00ee, siyasi ve ictimai ortam, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin hocalar\u0131 ve ilm\u00ee \u015fahsiyeti, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eelik mezhebinin do\u011fu\u015fu ve yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin temel eserleri, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeli\u011fin Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet\u2019teki yeri konular\u0131n\u0131 takdim etti.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Aybakan\u2019\u0131 m\u00fcteakiben Sakarya \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Soner Duman \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u015fu konular\u0131 anlatt\u0131: \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin i\u00e7tihat metoduna genel bir bak\u0131\u015f (Beyan teorisi, \u015eer\u2019\u00ee deliller), \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin k\u0131yas-istihsan anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve bunun f\u0131kha katk\u0131s\u0131, modern d\u00f6nemde \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin i\u00e7tihad y\u00f6ntemine y\u00f6neltilen ele\u015ftiriler.<\/p>\n<p>Duman, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin Kur\u2019an\u2019da insanlar\u0131n d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fabilecekleri her durumla ilgili do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fini belirtti. Duman s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee beyan hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir \u2018Allah\u2019\u0131n dinine mensup bir kimsenin ba\u015f\u0131na gelebilecek herhangi bir \u015feyle ilgili mutlaka Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda onunla ilgili do\u011fru yolu g\u00f6steren bir delil mevcuttur.\u2019 Bu ifade ilk bak\u0131\u015fta \u2018her \u015feyin Kur\u2019an\u2019da mevcut oldu\u011fu\u2019 \u015feklinde anla\u015f\u0131lmaya m\u00fcsait g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Lakin burada \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin kastetti\u011fi tam olarak bu de\u011fildir. Zira onun belirtti\u011fine g\u00f6re insanlara, y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri konusunda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalar farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde tezah\u00fcr etmekte. \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019ye g\u00f6re be\u015f beyan t\u00fcr\u00fc vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birincisi Kur\u2019an\u2019da yer alan ifadenin ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir a\u00e7\u0131klamaya ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmayacak \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011fu beyan t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130kincisi Kur\u2019an\u2019da hakk\u0131nda baz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2lde s\u00fcnnetin ek h\u00fck\u00fcmler getirdi\u011fi beyan t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Buna \u00f6rnek olarak abdestin farzlar\u0131 Kuran\u2019da yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2lde Hz. Peygamber\u2019in abdest al\u0131rken azalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7er kere y\u0131kamas\u0131 gibi hususlar verilebilir. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc Kur\u2019an\u2019da prensip olarak ad\u0131 konulan fakat ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n s\u00fcnnet taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 beyan t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr: Namaz\u0131n farziyeti belirtildi\u011fi h\u00e2lde k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131\u015f \u015feklinin, vakitleri ve rek\u00e2t say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcnnet taraf\u0131ndan beyan edilmesi gibi. D\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc Kur\u2019an\u2019da yer almayan bir konuda s\u00fcnnet taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan beyand\u0131r. Sonuncusu Kur\u2019an ve s\u00fcnnette yer almayan konularda i\u00e7tihat yoluyla olan beyan t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin beyan \u015femas\u0131yla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri onun f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n karakteristik \u00f6zelliklerine ili\u015fkin son derece \u00f6nemli ipu\u00e7lar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Panelde Marmara \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Yrd. Do\u00e7. Dr. Nail Okuyucu \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee mezhebinin geli\u015fimi ve tarih\u00ee s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eelik konusunu ele alarak \u015fu konular\u0131 i\u015fledi: \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi yeni f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk tepkiler, Ehl-i hadis \u00e7evrelerinde \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin etkisi ve Ehl-i hadis f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeli\u011fin erken d\u00f6nemde yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ilk nesillerde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee fakihler, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeli\u011fin klasik bir f\u0131k\u0131h mezhebine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin kel\u00e2m\u00ee yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131, erken d\u00f6nem \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee \u00e7evrelerindeki kel\u00e2m\u00ee tart\u0131\u015fmalar ve \u015e\u00e2fi\u00eeli\u011fin E\u015f\u00e2r\u00eelikle ili\u015fkisi, eserleri ve katk\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6nemli \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee fakihler, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee mezhebinin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki durumu, yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeler ve \u00f6nemli \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee fakihler.<\/p>\n<p>Okuyucu \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llar itibar\u0131yla hem \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda belli alanlarda y\u00fcr\u00fcyen birtak\u0131m sosyo-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin par\u00e7as\u0131 h\u00e2line gelmi\u015f hem de mevcudu dikkate alarak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ele\u015ftiriler ve in\u015fa etti\u011fi yeni f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerin \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6rlerinden birisi h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, ele\u015ftirileri \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve sistematik bir \u015fekilde ortaya koydu\u011funu ve bu ele\u015ftirileri \u201cf\u0131k\u0131h us\u00fbl\u00fc\u201d olarak an\u0131lacak olan zemine ta\u015f\u0131yarak ayn\u0131 zamanda bir in\u015fa s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131ndan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Okuyucu, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin muhtelif \u015fehirlerde \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan f\u0131k\u0131h anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 mukayeseli bir \u015fekilde inceledi\u011fini, onlar\u0131n hem kendi i\u00e7 i\u015fleyi\u015flerini hem de birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri itham ve ele\u015ftirileri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 yeni bir y\u00f6nelime sevk etmek istedi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Erciyes \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. H. Yunus Apayd\u0131n sunumunda Ehl-i hadis zihniyetinin temsilcisi olarak \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda dinin\/naslar\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan farkl\u0131 e\u011filim ve zihniyetler (genel bir giri\u015f), naslar\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda\/yorumlanmas\u0131nda iki temel e\u011filim olan Ehl-i hadis ve Ehl-i Rey, Ehl-i hadis ve Ehl-i Rey\u2019in din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve temsil ettikleri zihniyetlerin analizi, aralar\u0131nda ki benzerlikler ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee ni\u00e7in Ehl-i hadis zihniyetinin bir temsilcisi say\u0131l\u0131yor, \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin zahir\u00ee manaya verdi\u011fi \u00f6nem ve hadis ilmindeki yeri, dilin imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki tutumu, Ehl-i hadis, z\u00e2hir\u00eelik ve selef\u00eelik ili\u015fkisi gibi konulara yer verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Apayd\u0131n, \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee\u2019nin Ehl-i hadisin teorisini yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek hukuk alan\u0131nda bir devrimci oldu\u011funu, \u0130slam tarihinin Ehl-i f\u0131k\u0131h \u00fczerinden okunmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savundu.<\/p>\n<p>Panel moderat\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Saffet K\u00f6se, panele farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerden kat\u0131lan ilahiyat\u00e7\u0131, akademisyen, \u00f6\u011frenci kitlesinin ilgisinden ve y\u00f6neltilen sorular\u0131n derinli\u011finden memnun oldu\u011funu ifade ederek \u015fu de\u011ferlendirmeleri payla\u015ft\u0131: \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee d\u00fcnya hukuk miras\u0131n\u0131n ayd\u0131nlat\u0131c\u0131 kandillerindendir. \u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee Kur\u2019an ve s\u00fcnneti anlamada, hukuk i\u015flemlerini yorumlamada z\u00e2hiri esas alm\u0131\u015f ve bunu ileri boyutta yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eayet \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee, k\u0131yas\u0131 aktif ve verimli bir bi\u00e7imde kullanmam\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131, delaletleri i\u015fletmeseydi z\u00e2hir\u00eelik D\u00e2v\u00fbd ez-Z\u00e2hir\u00ee\u2019den 170 sene \u00f6nce do\u011fmu\u015f olurdu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n kapan\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Celil Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 olduk\u00e7a bilgilendirici ve verimli ge\u00e7en program nedeni ile panelistlere te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti. Mezhep imamlar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen panellerin mezhepler aras\u0131nda bir k\u0131yaslama giri\u015fimi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c\u0130mam \u015e\u00e2fi\u00ee de \u0130m\u00e2m \u00c2zam da ortak de\u011ferlerimiz ve ortak m\u00fcktesebat\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. \u0130slam \u00fcmmeti i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 katk\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek ve onlar\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in bu panelleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Bu panelleri yapmaktaki amac\u0131m\u0131z \u00fcmmetin bu b\u00fcy\u00fcklerini tan\u0131yarak anlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Yoksa mezhep b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimizi birbirleriyle yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ya da \u00e7at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak itibars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmak de\u011fildir. Allah (c.c.) c\u00fcmlesinin \u015fefaatine nail eylesin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 paneli ilgiyle takip eden ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da soru ile panele e\u015flik eden kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederek 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenecek olan \u0130mam M\u00e2lik ve M\u00e2lik\u00ee Mezhebi Paneli\u2019ne kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 davet etti.
