E\u011fitimci Adnan Girgin\u2019in sundu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 \u0130slami \u0130limler Kurslar\u0131 Sorumlusu Sultan Balkaya yapt\u0131. Balkaya\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay hakk\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilendirmeden sonra Prof. Dr. Saffet K\u00f6se\u2019nin \u201cF\u0131kha Giri\u015f\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l ders olarak i\u015flenebilece\u011fi ve f\u0131k\u0131h derslerinin hangi metotlarla verilebilece\u011fi \u00fczerinde duruldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cF\u0131kha Giri\u015f\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131n yazar\u0131 olan Prof. Dr. Saffet K\u00f6se\u2019nin bizzat kendisinin kitab\u0131ndaki usul\u00fc tan\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumundan sonra, E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. phil. Hakan Ayd\u0131n \u201cTemel E\u011fitim ve Yeti\u015fkinler E\u011fitiminde F\u0131k\u0131h Dersi Metotlar\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 bir sunum yapt\u0131. Daha sonra ise, e\u011fitimci ve Almanya\u2019da \u0130slam Din Dersleri \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi yapan Duran Terzi \u201c\u015eer\u2019i H\u00fck\u00fcmlerin Kaynaklar\u0131 Kitap\u201d ba\u011flam\u0131nda ve \u201cG\u0131dalarda Haram ve Helaller\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u0130slami \u0130limler Kursu\u2019nda bir f\u0131k\u0131h dersinin i\u015fleni\u015fine dair \u00f6rnek bir ders yapt\u0131. Sunumlardan sonra, \u0130slami \u0130limler Kursu f\u0131k\u0131h \u00f6\u011fretmenleri iki gruba ayr\u0131larak, konular\u0131 bir workshop \u015feklinde yeniden de\u011ferlendirdiler.<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131larak bir konu\u015fma yapan IGMG Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal Erg\u00fcn IGMG\u2019nin \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak Kur\u2019an ve s\u00fcnneti temel kabul ettikten sonra, Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet yorumunu da kendisine temel esas ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi konu\u015fas\u0131nda Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet yorumlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011funluk olarak Hanef\u00ee mezhebinin yorumunu tercih etti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Te\u015fkilat i\u00e7i din\u00ee ihtilaflar\u0131n ortadan kalkmas\u0131 i\u00e7in te\u015fkilat\u0131n yetkili kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin kabul g\u00f6rece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Erg\u00fcn b\u00f6ylece, Roma\u2019da, K\u00f6ln\u2019de Montreal\u2019deki \u0130slami \u0130limler Kurslar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 f\u0131kh\u0131 bilgilerin \u00f6\u011fretilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Kemal Erg\u00fcn, te\u015fkilat i\u00e7erisinde ge\u00e7erli olan fetvan\u0131n, IGMG Din \u0130sti\u015fare Kurulu kararlar\u0131 ile Fetva Komisyonunun fetvalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u201cFetvalar toleranst\u0131r. Farkl\u0131l\u0131klar olabilir ki biz buradan istifade edelim. Bu do\u011frudur. Fetvalar farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 olabilmektedir.\u201d diyerek bu farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n ayr\u0131l\u0131k ve fitne unsuru h\u00e2line gelmemesi i\u00e7in, te\u015fkilat b\u00fcnyesinde ancak yetkili kurumlar\u0131n verdi\u011fi fetvalar\u0131n tercih edilmesi gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret etti.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Dr. Abdulhalim \u0130nam da, \u0130slami \u0130limler Kurslar\u0131nda usul birli\u011fine gidilece\u011fini, kendine ait m\u00fcfredat\u0131, program\u0131 olan \u0130slami \u0130limler Kurslar\u0131 ile d\u00f6rt \u015feyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi ve bu d\u00f6rt amac\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<br \/>\n1- Te\u015fkilat idari sisteminde g\u00f6rev alacak karde\u015flerimizin \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 bilen, temel kaynaklar\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frenen Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet \u00e7izgisinde devam eden idareci olarak yeti\u015fmesi.<br \/>\n2- Avrupa\u2019da \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n anlat\u0131lmas\u0131nda ehil M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6rev almas\u0131. 3- Avrupa\u2019da e\u011fitimci ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi. 4- \u0130slami olarak bilin\u00e7li bir \u00fcye, toplumu bilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6nlendiren bireylerin yeti\u015fmesi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAhkama uymak, ahlakl\u0131 olmay\u0131 gerektirir.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cF\u0131kha Giri\u015f\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131 yazan Prof. Dr. Saffet K\u00f6se de f\u0131k\u0131h ile ilgili bilgiler verdikten sonra, \u0130slam a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u0131rf ahkam\u0131n, yani h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin ortaya konulmas\u0131n\u0131n bir ama\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, aksine bu ahkam\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n ahlak\u0131nda, irfan\u0131nda etkin olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. \u201cAhlak asl\u0131nda, ahkam\u0131n i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi demektir. Ahkam, ahlaka dayanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir m\u00fcmin abdest al\u0131p namaz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden de uzak durmal\u0131, manevi kirlilik dedi\u011fimiz ahlaka mugayir h\u00e2llerden uzak durmal\u0131. Her abdesti ve her namaz\u0131 ile bu hissiyat\u0131n\u0131 ve konumu korumal\u0131d\u0131r. Yani ahkama uymak ahlakl\u0131 olmay\u0131 gerektirmelidir.\u201d diyen K\u00f6se, ibadetlerin ve ahkam\u0131 bilmenin g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayata etkisi olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi \u00fczerinde durdu. \u201c\u0130slam de\u011feri belirler, ahlak onu ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr, hukuk da bu esaslar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 kural h\u00e2line getirerek maddi m\u00fceyyideye ba\u011flar.\u201d diyen K\u00f6se, \u0130slam f\u0131kh\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferinin, ana kaynak olan Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n her \u015feyi ile Peygamberin s\u00fcnnetinin de en az\u0131ndan laf\u0131z ve manas\u0131 ile muhafaza edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131yla asl\u0131yla ya\u015f\u0131yor olmas\u0131nda yatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Dr. Hakan Ayd\u0131n da \u201cF\u0131k\u0131h Dersi Metotlar\u0131\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumunda \u00f6nce Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n nas\u0131l anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine vurgu yapt\u0131. Bu manada, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7 b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, yani ilgili ayetlerin birbiriyle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetilerek par\u00e7ac\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mdan uzak durulmas\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Ayd\u0131n, ini\u015f kronolojisi, ayetlerin sahih hadislerle ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 ve n\u00fczul sebeplerinin bilinmesinin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u0130badetlerin hikmet ve faydalar\u0131n\u0131n sade bir anlat\u0131mla iyice kavrat\u0131lmas\u0131 zaruretine de dikkat \u00e7eken Ayd\u0131n uygulama imk\u00e2n\u0131 olan abdest, namaz gibi konular\u0131n uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n anlamakta \u00f6nemli rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Ayd\u0131n, \u201c\u0130badet konular\u0131 i\u015flenirken \u0130slam dininin sadece abdest, namaz, oru\u00e7, hac, kurban ve zek\u00e2t gibi ibadetlerden ibaret olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, do\u011fumdan \u00f6l\u00fcme kadar fert hayat\u0131ndan sosyal hayata kadar her alan\u0131 ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilere \u00f6rneklerle a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftayda, \u0130slami \u0130limler Kursu\u2019nda bir f\u0131k\u0131h dersinin i\u015fleni\u015fine dair uygulamal\u0131 bir ders de yap\u0131ld\u0131. Dersi, e\u011fitimci ve \u0130slam din dersleri \u00f6\u011fretmeni Duran Terzi yapt\u0131. Terzi, \u201cG\u0131dalarda Haram ve Helaller\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile \u015fer\u2019i h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019den nas\u0131l h\u00fck\u00fcmler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilece\u011fine dair yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumunda \u00e7e\u015fitli grafik uygulamalar\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.
