Ancak bizlerin Kur\u2019an ile olan birlikteli\u011fi sadece tilavetten ibaret de\u011fildir. Kur\u2019an, sadece lafz\u0131n\u0131n seslendirilmesi ve metninin y\u00fczeysel bir anlay\u0131\u015fla k\u0131raat edilmesi i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilmemi\u015ftir. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 yaln\u0131zca bu iki y\u00f6n\u00fcyle ele alan, onun bireye, aileye ve topluma y\u00f6nelik mesaj\u0131n\u0131, d\u00fcnya ve ahireti tanzim eden y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc sosyal hayata ta\u015f\u0131mayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, d\u00fcnya g\u00fcndeminde etkili olamayacaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ne zamanki sosyal hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00e7izdiler, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde izzet sahibi oldular. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an tilavetinde ve ayetlerin seslendirilmesinde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olduklar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Ancak Kur\u2019an anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n muhte\u015fem mesaj\u0131n\u0131 hayatlar\u0131na yans\u0131tmada maalesef ayn\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6sterebildi\u011fimizi s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bir bak\u0131n. Suriye\u2019de, Filistin\u2019de, Arakan\u2019da, Yemen\u2019de, Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019da ve daha pek \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede ve \u00fclkede oluk oluk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kan\u0131 akt\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u015fahitlik ediyoruz. Kur\u2019an mesaj\u0131n\u0131 iyi anlatamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in h\u00e2l\u00e2 Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n \u015fiddet i\u00e7erdi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen densizler oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. O bizim eksikli\u011fimizdir. Oy avc\u0131lar\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00fczerinden oy toplamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu nedenle toplumun merkezinde olmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an, 1400 y\u0131ld\u0131r co\u011frafyalara, zamanlara ve t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa tevhid, huzur, adalet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve kulluk bah\u015feden Kitab-\u0131 Kelam\u2019d\u0131r. En b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve mutluluk \u2018kulluk\u2019tan ge\u00e7er. Kur\u2019an de\u011fi\u015ftirendir, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrendir. Ayn\u0131 insanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu ve ad\u0131na cahiliye devri denen bir devri, yine ayn\u0131 insanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu \u2018asr-\u0131 saadet\u2019e d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren Kur\u2019an\u2019d\u0131r. Her insan do\u011fu\u015ftan bir \u015fah\u0131st\u0131r, ama her insan \u015fahsiyet sahibi de\u011fildir. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan birisi, \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131 muhatap almak onlara \u015fuur kazand\u0131rmak ve onlar\u0131n \u015fahsiyetli olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>En hay\u0131rl\u0131 \u00fcmmet olarak Kur\u2019an bize aksiyon sahibi olmay\u0131 emreder. Bunun i\u00e7in de aksiyon gerekir. Hareket yoksa, aksiyon yoksa, eylem yoksa, icraat yoksa, proje yoksa, prati\u011fimiz yoksa Kur\u2019an\u2019a olan inanc\u0131m\u0131z, iman\u0131m\u0131z bizi harekete ge\u00e7irmiyorsa \u015fahsiyetimizin ve aidiyetimizin \u0130slami olmas\u0131 bize yetmeyecektir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k i\u00e7in projelerimizi ortaya koymam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Aksiyon sahibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in az \u00f6nce imamlar c\u00fcbbelerini giydi. Mihraplar\u0131m\u0131zda art\u0131k bu te\u015fkilat\u0131n evlatlar\u0131 yer alacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u0130maml\u0131k an\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek veren Erg\u00fcn \u201cBu cemaat bizim elimizden tutmu\u015ftur. Peygamber (s.a.v.)\u2019in s\u00fcnneti oldu\u011funu ifade etti ve \u015fu uyar\u0131da bulundu: \u201cGe\u00e7mi\u015fte bilgiye ula\u015fmak emek istiyordu, zaman istiyordu. \u015eimdi bir t\u0131kla bilgiye ula\u015f\u0131labiliyor. Ama bu yeni bilgi ne kadar do\u011fru belli de\u011fil. Bu y\u00fczden sahih bilgiye ula\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kaab\u2019a: \u2018Ey ibn Kaab\u2019 der. \u2018Allah bana, sana Kur\u2019an okutmam\u0131 emretti\u201d der. Ubeyb b. Kaab (r.a.) Peygambere sorar, \u2018Y\u00e2 Resul\u00fbllah! Benim bizzatihi ismimi Rabbim mi sana zikretti?\u2019 diye. Allah Res\u00fbl\u00fc: \u2018Evet\u2019 der. Ubeyb devam eder: \u2018Y\u00e2 Res\u00fblallah! \u015eimdi \u00e2lemlerinin Rabbinin huzurunda benden mi bahsediliyor?\u2019 Allah Resul\u00fc: \u201cEvet. Rabbim senden bahsediyor, senin ismini zikrediyor.\u2019 deyince, Ubeyb\u2019in g\u00f6zlerinden ya\u015flar akmaya ba\u015flar. \u0130\u015fte, Kur\u2019an tilavet etmenin, Kur\u2019an meclisinde bulunman\u0131n, onu dinlemenin, onu dinletmenin tek bir gayesi var. Adam da rahat bir \u015fekilde \u00d6mer\u2019e \u015f\u00f6yle cevap verir: \u2018Ben zaten Allah Resul\u00fcne aynen okudum, o da bana m\u00fcdahale edip d\u00fczeltmedi ki\u2019 der. \u00d6mer sah\u00e2b\u00eeyi de al\u0131r ve Allah Resul\u00fcne gider, sah\u00e2b\u00ee ayn\u0131 yeri ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde okur. Res\u00fblullah o sah\u00e2b\u00eeye: \u2018Ne g\u00fczel okudunuz\u2019 der. Bunun \u00fczerine \u00d6mer ho\u015flanmaz. Allah Resul\u00fc: \u2018Ey \u00d6mer! Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n hepsi sevapt\u0131r. Yeter ki, cehennemlik ayeti cennnete, cennetlik ayetleri de cehenneme \u00e7evirme\u2019 der. Buradan \u015furaya gelmek istiyorum. Baz\u0131 karde\u015flerimiz baz\u0131 teyzelerimiz, ablalar\u0131m\u0131z, amcalar\u0131m\u0131z \u2018biz g\u00fczel okuyam\u0131yoruz\u2019 derler. Hay\u0131r, bizim burada zihniyetimiz \u00f6nemlidir. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 hangi zihniyetle okudu\u011fumuz \u00f6nemlidir. Bizim elimizdeki Kur\u2019anlar\u0131n kapaklar\u0131nda \u2018Ona temiz olmayanlar elini s\u00fcrmezler.\u2019 \u015feklinde bir ayet vard\u0131r. Burada abdestsiz diye mana vermek me\u015fhur olmu\u015ftur, ama abdest ayeti bundan sonra gelmi\u015ftir. Bunun as\u0131l manas\u0131n\u0131 tefsirlerde buluyoruz. O zaman manas\u0131: Ona zihniyeti bulan\u0131k olanlar, art niyetliler bu kitaba elini s\u00fcrmesin demektir. En \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fim resim, bir teyzenin Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 ba\u011fr\u0131na basarak sabahleyin Kur\u2019an \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in kursa gelmesidir. Kur\u2019an bizim ba\u011fr\u0131m\u0131za basar\u0131z, hem g\u00f6nl\u00fcm\u00fcze hem de zihniyetimize koyar\u0131z: Okuturuz, okuruz, anlar\u0131z, anlat\u0131r\u0131z, ya\u015famaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131z Allah bizi b\u00f6yle olanlardan eylesin. IGMG haf\u0131zl\u0131k Komisyonu \u00dcyesi G\u00fcrsel Turhan\u2019\u0131n takdim etti\u011fi bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, IGMG haf\u0131zl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131nda h\u0131fz\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan \u00f6\u011frenciler haf\u0131zl\u0131k s\u0131nav\u0131na tabi tutuldular. \u00d6\u011frencilerin hepsi de kendilerine sorulan yerleri ak\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde okudular. Bu \u00f6\u011frenciler Haf\u0131zl\u0131k Belgesi s\u0131navlar\u0131na kat\u0131lacak. Bug\u00fcn itibar\u0131yla IGMG\u2019nin Avrupa\u2019daki haf\u0131zl\u0131k kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 52\u2019ye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f bulunuyor. Bu kurumlarda 1065 haf\u0131zl\u0131k \u00f6\u011frencisi haf\u0131zl\u0131k yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>Gen\u00e7 imam-hatipler icazetlerini ald\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, Avrupa Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem Tilavet Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019nda, IGMG camilerinde e\u011fitim alan ve yine IGMG camilerinde g\u00f6rev yapmaya ba\u015flayacak olan gen\u00e7 imamlara icazet belgeleri verildi ve c\u00fcbbeleri giydirildi. \u0130mamlar\u0131n c\u00fcbbesini Avusturya \u0130slam Cemaati M\u00fcft\u00fcs\u00fc ve IGMG Genel Ba\u015fkan Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Mustafa Mullao\u011flu giydirdi ve \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Celil Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 icazetnamelerini verdi. \u0130cazetlerini al\u0131p c\u00fcbbelerini giyen 16 imam-hatip Avrpa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerinde g\u00f6rev ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Genel Ba\u015fkan Kemal Erg\u00fcn, gen\u00e7 imam-hatiplerim cemaate bir emanet oldu\u011funu, onlardan yeti\u015fkin bir imam-hatipten beklenilenin umulmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini, ancak bu gen\u00e7lerin bu cemaat i\u00e7inde imam-hatiplik g\u00f6revlerini hakk\u0131yla yerine getireceklerini s\u00f6yledi. \u0130r\u015fad Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Celil Yal\u0131nk\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 da, T\u00fcrk\u00e7eleriyle, Arap\u00e7a ve yerel lisanlar\u0131yla bu imamlar\u0131n cemaate sahip \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 gibi cemaatin de bu imamlara sahip \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Genel Merkez olarak da bunun takip\u00e7isi olacaklar\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi.<\/p>\n<h2>Yar\u0131\u015fmaya haz\u0131rl\u0131k<\/h2>\n<p>Avrupa Kur\u2019\u00e2n-\u0131 Ker\u00eem Tilavet Yar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in, bir IGMG camisinde e\u011fitim al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor.
