Genel Merkez binas\u0131nda icra edilen programda, IGMG Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal Erg\u00fcn, \u00dcniversiteliler Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sel\u00e7uk \u00c7i\u00e7ek, \u0130bn Haldun \u00dcniversitesi Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Nagihan Halilo\u011flu ve Hattat Mustafa Cemil Efe, Islamrat Onursal Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali K\u0131z\u0131lkaya ve IGMG Genel Sekreter Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Murat G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f haz\u0131r bulundu. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cMetin Okuma Y\u00f6ntemleri\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u0130lk at\u00f6lyede \u0130bn Haldun \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Dr. Nagihan Halilo\u011flu, \u00f6grencilerle birlikte metin okuma y\u00f6ntemleri, Bat\u0131 gelene\u011finde M\u00fcsl\u00fcman imajlar\u0131, gezi edebiyat\u0131, Halide Edip Ad\u0131var ve Osmanl\u0131 entelekt\u00fcel gelene\u011fi gibi konular\u0131 ele ald\u0131. Dr. Nagihan Halilo\u011flu, derste \u201cMetin Okuma Y\u00f6ntemleri\u201d ba\u011flam\u0131nda akademik seviyedeki bir metnin nas\u0131l okunmas\u0131 ve hangi ara\u015ft\u0131rma y\u00f6ntemlerinin dikkate al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi hususunda \u00f6nemli bilgiler sundu. Her yazar\u0131n, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ruhunun etkisi alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Dr. Nagihan Halilo\u011flu, bir metnin tahlilinin her a\u015famas\u0131nda bu ruhu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurman\u0131n \u00f6nemi \u00fczerinde durdu. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cBat\u0131 K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk \u0130mgesi\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dr. Halilo\u011flu, at\u00f6lyenin ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise \u201cBat\u0131 K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk \u0130mgesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 konuyu ele ald\u0131.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Bat\u0131\u2019ya y\u00f6nelmesiyle olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan ve \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc olan T\u00fcrk imgesi \u00fczerinde duran Halilo\u011flu, 15 yy. sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru Bat\u0131 Avrupa\u2019da yaz\u0131lan kitaplar\u0131n ve tiyatro oyunlar\u0131n\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019ni Amerika\u2019n\u0131n ke\u015ffinden iki kat daha fazla konu etti\u011fini dile getirdi. Derste ayr\u0131ca uygulamal\u0131 olarak, Shakespeare\u2019in Othello oyunundaki T\u00fcrk imgeleri kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde incelendi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise Nagihan Halilo\u011flu, \u201cAvrupa gezi edebiyat\u0131na postkolonyal yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u201c konusunu i\u015flerken, insanlar\u0131n seyahat etme sebeplerini ve Bat\u0131 seyyahlar\u0131n\u0131n (imtiyazl\u0131 gezgin) yazd\u0131klar\u0131 seyhatnamelerde yerli halk\u0131n (imtiyazs\u0131z yerli) hakikatlerini nas\u0131l kendi lehlerine kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 izah etti. Derste ayr\u0131ca gezi edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcrleri ve faydalar\u0131 anlat\u0131ld\u0131. Dr. Halilo\u011flu, dersin sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru ise Edward Said\u2019in \u201cOryantalizm\u201d kitab\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fctalaa ederek, Said\u2019in Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00fcstenci s\u00f6ylemine verdi\u011fi \u00f6rneklerin bir\u00e7o\u011funun gezi edebiyat\u0131ndan oldu\u011funu vurgularken, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla gezi edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n Avrupa kolonilerinin olu\u015fmalar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu dile getirdi. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>UNIYES<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">IGMG \u00dcniversiteliler Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n d\u00fczenlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00dcniversiteliler Yat\u0131l\u0131 E\u011fitim Semineri (UNIYES) program\u0131 da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Genel Merkez binas\u0131nda Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u015fehirlerinden gelen 70 \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisinin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> \u0130ki g\u00fcn s\u00fcren programda IGMG Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kemal Erg\u00fcn, Gen\u00e7lik Te\u015fkilat\u0131 (GT) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00dcnal \u00dcnalan ve Genel Merkez Hatibi Muhammed Turhan haz\u0131r bulunurken, \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden Prof. Dr. Necmettin G\u00f6kk\u0131r ve IGMG \u00dcniversiteliler Birimi\u2019nin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi \u00d6zel E\u011fitim Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131n mezunlar\u0131ndan Yasemin S\u00f6\u011f\u00fct, Burak Barut ve Feyza Akdemir \u00e7e\u015fitli seminerler sundu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cTefsirde Yeni E\u011filimler\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">UNIYES program\u0131 GT Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u00dcnal \u00dcnalan\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131yla ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra Muhammed Turhan\u2019\u0131n \u201cLibya, Tunus ve M\u0131s\u0131r \u00d6rne\u011finde Arap D\u00fcnyas\u0131nda Din-Devlet \u0130li\u015fkileri\u201d konulu semineri ile devam etti. Prof. Dr. Necmettin G\u00f6kk\u0131r ise \u201cTefsirde Yeni E\u011filimler\u201d ve \u201cModernite ve Postmodernite Ba\u011flam\u0131nda Tefsir\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 iki ders i\u015fledi. G\u00f6kk\u0131r, tefsir ilminin kurulu\u015fu ve geli\u015fimi hakk\u0131nda konu\u015ftuktan sonra, tefsirde eski-yeni ayr\u0131m\u0131 ile \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tefsirin imk\u00e2n\u0131, niteli\u011fi ve anlam\u0131 hakk\u0131nda farkl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 tan\u0131tt\u0131. Prof. Dr. Necmettin G\u00f6kk\u0131r ayr\u0131ca, oryantalizm ve Bat\u0131\u2019daki Kur\u2019an ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 konu edindi. 12. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Kur\u2019an terc\u00fcmeleri ile ba\u015flayan bat\u0131l\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l \u00f6ncesine kadar polemik ve apolojetik bir yakla\u015f\u0131ma sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen G\u00f6kk\u0131r, 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l itibar\u0131yla bunun bilimsel bir yakla\u015f\u0131ma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade etti. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cKamusal Alan ve Din\u00ee Sembol\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">UNIYES program\u0131n\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise ilk seminer, 2015-2018 \u00d6zel E\u011fitim Program\u0131 mezunlar\u0131ndan Marburg \u00dcniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi Y\u00fcksek Lisans \u00d6\u011frencisi Yasemin S\u00f6\u011f\u00fct taraf\u0131ndan verildi. \u201cKamusal Alan ve Din\u00ee Sembol\u201d konusunu ele alan S\u00f6\u011f\u00fct, okulda ha\u00e7, savc\u0131l\u0131kta ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc gibi farkl\u0131 \u00f6rneklerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak, mevzunun g\u00fcncelli\u011fini ortaya koydu. Bu ba\u011flamda yasa\u011f\u0131 onaylayanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn din\u00ee bir vecibe olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve siyasi bir sembol oldu\u011fu yorumuna dikkat \u00e7eken S\u00f6\u011f\u00fct, siyasilerin teolojik bir konuda yorum ve yarg\u0131da bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Seminerde ayr\u0131ca, din\u00ee bayramlar gibi Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kamudaki varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve belirleyicili\u011fini ortaya koyan \u00f6rneklerden yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak, Hristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n sek\u00fcler devlet nezdindeki ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 ve asli unsur konumu tespit edildi. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ayn\u0131 veya benzer bir tutumun \u0130slam dinine yans\u0131t\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edilirken, \u00f6\u011fretmeni devletin temsilcisi olarak ele alan bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00f6\u011fretmenin din ve vicdan h\u00fcrriyetini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederek, anayasan\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc tavr\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamakta oldu\u011fu dile getirildi. Bununla birlikte yorumlama ve tan\u0131mlama konumunda olanlar\u0131n etkin konumu ortaya konulmu\u015f oldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cAz\u0131nl\u0131klar Ba\u011flam\u0131nda Entegrasyon Politikalar\u0131\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00dcniversiteliler Yat\u0131l\u0131 E\u011fitim Semineri\u2019nin (UNIYES) ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise \u201cAvrupa\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Diaspora &amp; Entegrasyon Politikalar\u0131 Ekseninde Kimlik Aray\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 sunum IGMG \u00dcniversiteliler Birimi\u2019nin 3 y\u0131l s\u00fcren \u00d6zel E\u011fitim Program\u0131\u2019ndan mezun olan Feyza Akdemir ve Burak Barut taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu sunumlar\u0131n devam\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131larla beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma at\u00f6lyeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u00dc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fan seminerin ilk b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Feyza Akdemir, az\u0131nl\u0131klar ba\u011flam\u0131nda entegrasyon, asimilasyon ve \u00e7okk\u00fclt\u00fcrc\u00fcl\u00fck politikalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fledi. Akdemir, \u00f6rne\u011fi, bu politikay\u0131 son 50 y\u0131lda g\u00f6\u00e7men az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131na uygulayan Hollanda \u00fczerinden aktard\u0131. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cMesken Tutmak &#8211; K\u00f6ken Aramak\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Seminerin ikinci b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise Burak Barut diaspora kavram\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fekk\u00fcl\u00fcne ve bu kavram\u0131n tarihsel diskurlarda kullan\u0131m\u0131na de\u011findi. T\u00fcrkiye ve Almanya\u2019n\u0131n izlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu diaspora\/entegrasyon politikalar\u0131na ele\u015ftirel bakmay\u0131 hedefleyen bu sunumun ard\u0131ndan ise at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ge\u00e7ildi. \u201cMesken Tutmak &#8211; K\u00f6ken Aramak\u201c adl\u0131 at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar farkl\u0131 gruplara ayr\u0131ld\u0131 ve belirli sorular e\u015fli\u011finde kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n kimlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00f6nemsedikleri konular i\u015flendi.
