Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan sonuca g\u00f6re Almanya\u2019daki okul m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131nda g\u00f6\u00e7 ve uyum konusu ger\u00e7ek hayattaki durum ile \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyor. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00f6\u00e7menler ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu m\u00fcfredatlarda sorunlu tipler olarak yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 \u00f6n yarg\u0131lar peki\u015ftiriliyor. Konuya dair \u201cDers kitaplar\u0131 genel itibar\u0131yla k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve din\u00ee \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi sorunlu bir bi\u00e7imde ele al\u0131yor. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00f6\u011frencilerin din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan alaya al\u0131nmas\u0131 da yine s\u0131kl\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir durum. Ders kitaplar\u0131 da bu duruma olumsuz katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor, hatta \u00e7o\u011fu zaman bunlara zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6\u011frencilerin veya velilerinin \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 okulda kendi aleyhlerine neticeleri olaca\u011f\u0131 endi\u015fesiyle resm\u00ee bir \u015fik\u00e2yette bulunmaktan imtina ediyorlar. \u00d6zellikle de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc notlarla \u2018cezaland\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131\u2019 korkusu a\u011f\u0131r bas\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arka plandan hareketle, ara\u015ft\u0131rma sahiplerinin tavsiye kararlar\u0131na harfi harfine kat\u0131l\u0131yoruz: K\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve din\u00ee \u00e7e\u015fitlilik konusu m\u00fcfredatlara daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u015fekilde al\u0131nmal\u0131; m\u00fcfredat komisyonlar\u0131 olu\u015fturulurken \u00fcyelerin se\u00e7iminde daha fazla \u00e7e\u015fitlilik olmal\u0131; \u00f6\u011fretmenler k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve din\u00ee \u00e7e\u015fitlilik hakk\u0131nda mecburi e\u011fitime ve tek\u00e2m\u00fcl e\u011fitimlerine tabi tutulmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu vesileyle, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00f6\u011fretmenlere uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc yasaklar\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftirel bir \u015fekilde tekrar ele almalar\u0131 konusunda b\u00fct\u00fcn eyaletlere \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunuyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca Almanya\u2019daki eyaletlerin bir\u00e7o\u011funda inanca dayal\u0131 \u0130slam din dersi ya hi\u00e7 verilmiyor ya da buna alternatif olarak, anayasa hukuku a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sorunlu bir \u015fekilde \u0130slam bilgisi dersi verilmesi i\u00e7in model \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.
