Esaslar\u0131 Allah (cc)&#8217;\u0131n mesajlar\u0131na ve Peygamber Eefendimiz (as)&#8217;in tebli\u011f ve temsil ederek ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feylere dayan\u0131r. Bu dini kabul edip ya\u015fayan ve ya\u015fatmak isteyen ki\u015fiye de &#8220;m\u00fcmin ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman&#8221; denir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ok anlamlar ta\u015f\u0131yan &#8220;hak&#8221;\u009d kelimesi ise, do\u011fru, ger\u00e7ek ve adalet manalar\u0131na gelir. Ayr\u0131ca bir insan\u0131n her hangi bir \u015fey \u00fczerinde olan, m\u00fclkiyet ve iktidar\u0131n\u0131 da ifade eder. B\u00e2t\u0131l\u0131n z\u0131dd\u0131na hak dendi\u011fi gibi, ferd\u00ee planda herkesin nasip ve hissesine de hak ad\u0131 verilir. Me\u015fru bir nizam taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131nan menfaatleri celb etme ve helal dairede nimetlerden faydalanma yetkisi ve madd\u00ee-manev\u00ee ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve zaruretleri kar\u015f\u0131lama salahiyetine de hak denir. Adalet ise, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc ve d\u00fczenli olmak, hak sahiplerinin hakk\u0131n\u0131 koruyup, herkesin hakk\u0131n\u0131 kendisine teslim etmektir. Adaletin kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 ise, zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr ve hak sahiplerinin hakk\u0131na riayet etmemek demektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aziz karde\u015flerim,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hak ile adalet karde\u015f manalar ta\u015f\u0131yan iki kelimedir ve dinimizin en temel kurallar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Nitekim hem Kur&#8217;an&#8217;da hem de S\u00fcnnette, bazen emredilerek, bazan bu iki temel esas tatbik edilmedi\u011fi takdirde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lacak s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar dile getirilerek, hak ve adaletin korunmas\u0131 istenmi\u015ftir. \u015eu ayetler bu manadaki uyar\u0131lardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r<strong><em>: &#8220;Muhakkak, Allah, adaleti, iyili\u011fi, yak\u0131nlara yard\u0131m yapmay\u0131 emreder; hayas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, fenal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da yasaklar&#8230;&#8221;\u009d<\/em> <\/strong><strong>[16:90]<\/strong><strong>; <\/strong><strong><em>&#8220;Muhakkak, Allah size, emanetleri ehline vermenizi ve insanlar aras\u0131nda h\u00fckmetti\u011finiz zaman adaletle h\u00fckmetmenizi emreder.&#8221;\u009d<\/em><\/strong> <strong>[4:58]<\/strong><strong>;<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong><em>&#8220;Nice kasabalar\u0131n halk\u0131n\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131k yaparlarken yok ettik. Art\u0131k damlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6km\u00fc\u015f, kuyular\u0131 terk edilmi\u015f, saraylar\u0131 bombo\u015f kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&#8221;\u009d<\/em><\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>[22:45]<\/strong><strong>;&nbsp; <\/strong><strong><em>&#8220;Halk\u0131 zalim olan nice kasabalar\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131p ge\u00e7irdik ve onlardan sonra ba\u015fka milletler var ettik.&#8221;\u009d<\/em><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>[21:11]<\/strong><strong>;<\/strong><strong><em> &#8220;Zulmedenlere meyletmeyin, yoksa ate\u015f (cehennem azab\u0131) size dokunur.&#8221;\u009d <\/em><\/strong><strong>[11:113]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son Ayet-i Kerime&#8217;de Rabbimiz (cc), zalimlere de\u011fil taraftar olmak, onlara kalp ile meyletmenin ve zul\u00fcmlerini ho\u015f g\u00f6rmenin bile ne kadar tehlikeli oldu\u011funa i\u015faret buyurmaktad\u0131r. Peygamber Efendimiz (as) ise, sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar&#8217;\u0131n de\u011fil ba\u015fka din mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n da hak ve hukuklar\u0131na riayet edilmesini emreder. Onlar\u0131n da haklar\u0131n\u0131n aynen M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar&#8217;\u0131n hakk\u0131 gibi sakl\u0131 ve koruma alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu beyan buyurur. \u015eu m\u00fcbarek hadis-i \u015feriflerindeki uyar\u0131n\u0131n sertli\u011fi bunun en \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fidir: <strong><em>&#8220;Kim bir z\u0131mmiye <\/em><\/strong>(ki \u0130slam Devletinin tebas\u0131ndan olan gayrim\u00fcslimdir)<strong><em> eziyet ederse ben onun hasm\u0131y\u0131m (d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131y\u0131m). Ben kimin hasm\u0131 olursam, ahirette onun yakas\u0131n\u0131 tutar\u0131m.&#8221;\u009d<\/em> <\/strong><strong>(Ke\u015ff\u00fc&#8217;lHafa,II,218,hadisno:2341)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Muhterem Karde\u015flerim,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dinimize g\u00f6re; insanlar h\u00fcr do\u011fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Hak ve k\u0131ymet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hepsi birbirine e\u015fittir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi ifade etme ve vicdan h\u00fcrriyeti insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez haklar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Yine M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6re; \u0131rk, cins, renk, dil, din ay\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lamaz; herkes ruh ve beden gibi iki ayr\u0131 yan\u0131yla alakal\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck-k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hak ve ayn\u0131 imkanlara sahiptir. Bu durum hem bug\u00fcn hem de gelecekte olacak olan her \u00e7e\u015fit hakk\u0131 i\u00e7ine al\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar genel olarak bilhassa g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olduklar\u0131 devirlerde bu iki temel esasa uygun hareket etmi\u015fler, bu manada son derece g\u00fczel \u00f6rnekler sunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn insaf sahibi d\u00fc\u015fmanlar bile itiraf ederler ki, Peygamber Efendimiz (as), Medine&#8217;yi \u015fereflendirdi\u011finde, de\u011fi\u015fik inan\u00e7, \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve farkl\u0131 etnik guruplarla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye (Medine Vesikas\u0131na) milimi milimine riayet etmi\u015f, dini, \u0131rk\u0131, sosyal seviyesi ne olursa olsun, fevkal\u00e2de bir hassasiyetle herkesin hukukunu g\u00f6zetmi\u015f, &#8220;Medine-i M\u00fcnevvere&#8221;\u009d bir &#8220;d\u00e2r\u00fc&#8217;l-em\u00e2n=g\u00fcven yurdu&#8221;\u009d halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong><em>&#8220;\u0130nsanlar! Rabbiniz birdir, hepiniz Adem&#8217;densiniz, Adem de topraktand\u0131r.&#8221;\u009d<\/em><\/strong> <strong>(Veda Hutbesi)<\/strong> s\u00f6zleriyle de \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n halen problemi olan bir vebaya dikkatlerimizi \u00e7ekmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f d\u00fcnyan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, insan haklar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda h\u00e2l\u00e2 emeklerken, \u0130slam, 14 as\u0131r \u00f6ncesinden, ihtimallerle insanlar\u0131n cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131; kimseye i\u015fkence edilmemesini, her hakk\u0131n muhterem oldu\u011funu, hi\u00e7bir hakk\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmemesini, kuvvetin hakk\u0131n emrinde olmas\u0131 laz\u0131m geldi\u011fini ve hi\u00e7bir zaman hakk\u0131n kuvvete feda edilemeyece\u011fini tam bir ciddiyetle hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor, herkesi hakka sayg\u0131l\u0131 olmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor ve her zaman hakk\u0131n koruyucusu oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyordu. Bunlar\u0131 bilen ve as\u0131rlarca m\u00fcslim-gayr-i m\u00fcslim demeden bu haklar\u0131n koruyucusu olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar&#8217;\u0131n, bu g\u00fcn gelinen noktada kimi haklar\u0131n\u0131n yok say\u0131lmas\u0131na elbette r\u0131zas\u0131 olamaz. \u0130nsan haklar\u0131n\u0131n be\u015fi\u011fi say\u0131lan Avrupa&#8217;da ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar&#8217;\u0131n, zaman zaman canlar\u0131na, zaman zaman mallar\u0131na, bazan da fikir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc perdesi alt\u0131nda din\u00ee de\u011ferlerine sald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, insan hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ile ne kadar uyu\u015ftu\u011funu, akl-\u0131 selim ve insaf sahibi insanlar\u0131n bir daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesinde fayda m\u00fclahaza etmekteyiz. Herkesin huzur ortam\u0131nda ya\u015famaya ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r.
