Yar\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lan ve filmde yer alan gen\u00e7ler 13 ile 30 ya\u015flar aras\u0131nda idi. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 300 gen\u00e7 filimlerde aktif oyuncu, senarist yahut kameraman olarak yer ald\u0131. Filim i\u00e7eri\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen konular toplumda kabul g\u00f6rmek, kimlik geli\u015fimi, toplumda yer almak, entegrasyon ve toplumdaki gen\u00e7lerin sorunlar\u0131 idi. Filmlerde en \u00e7ok ele al\u0131nan konular, okulda ve i\u015fyerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc problemleri, i\u015f bulmada sorunlar&nbsp; ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nyarg\u0131 oldi. Din\u00ee dejenerasyon, kimlik aray\u0131\u015f\u0131, k\u00f6t\u00fc al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar, entegrasyonu yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131lama, arkada\u015flar aras\u0131nda fikir ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi konular da filmlerde ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fmada dikkati \u00e7eken nokta ise gen\u00e7lerin oyunculuk ve tiyatro yoluyla problemlerini daha rahat ve a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde ifade etmeleri ve farkl\u0131 kitlelerden gen\u00e7lerin bu proje sayesinden biraraya gelip ayn\u0131 ortamda bulunmalar\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131ca hedefleri; Avrupa&#8217;da yeti\u015fmi\u015f olan gen\u00e7lerin, kimlik olu\u015fumu s\u00fcrecinde i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 toplum hakk\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini bir k\u0131sa film arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla beyan etmeleri ve gen\u00e7lerin \u00f6zele\u015ftirisel bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 toplumdaki yerlerini ke\u015ffetmeleri idi. Bu ba\u011flamda gen\u00e7lerin topluma kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatmak ve topluma bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmelerini sa\u011flayarak gen\u00e7leri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye te\u015fvik etmek. Ayr\u0131ca yetenekli gen\u00e7leri motive edip yeteneklerini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak hedeflendi.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00fcri, filimlerin teknik, senaryo, i\u00e7erik, mekan, mesaj ve oyunculuk kategorisine g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirdi.
