Ne \u0130slamiyet\u2019ten \u00f6nce ne de sonra hi\u00e7bir sistem onun kadar bu konuya e\u011filmemi\u015f, yard\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ve uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 bu kadar geni\u015f boyutlara ula\u015ft\u0131ramam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya g\u00fc\u00e7 yetiremeyen ya da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakla ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tamamen kar\u015f\u0131layamayan fakir ve yetimlerin, muhta\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnlerin maddi ve manevi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 dinimiz emir buyurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam\u2019da \u2018ben\u2019 odakl\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f yoktur. Dinimizde hem d\u00fcnya hem de ahiret karde\u015fli\u011fi tesis edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130slam toplumu bir binay\u0131 olu\u015fturan, birbirine s\u0131k\u0131ca kenetlenmi\u015f sa\u011flam bir yap\u0131ya benzetilmi\u015ftir. Peygamber Efendimiz (s.a.v.)<em> \u201cM\u00fcmin m\u00fcmine kar\u015f\u0131, par\u00e7alar\u0131 birbirini ba\u011flay\u0131p tahkim eden bir bina gibidir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> buyurmu\u015ftur. Bir ba\u015fka had\u00ees-i \u015ferifte ise Peygamberimiz (s.a.v.) <em>\u201cM\u00fcminler, birbirlerini sevmede, birbirlerine merhamet ve \u015fefkat g\u00f6stermede, t\u0131pk\u0131 bir organ\u0131 rahats\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda di\u011fer organlar\u0131 da uykusuzluk ve y\u00fcksek ate\u015fle bu ac\u0131y\u0131 payla\u015fan bir bedene benzer.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><strong>[2]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u0131ymetli Karde\u015flerim!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSadaka her M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n vazifesidir\u2026\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><strong>[3]<\/strong><\/a> <\/em>ifadesiyle ba\u015flayan bir had\u00ees-i \u015ferifte maddi yard\u0131m\u0131n yan\u0131nda hay\u0131r ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n, bedenle yard\u0131m etmenin, iyili\u011fin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00f6nlenmesi \u00e7abalar\u0131na kat\u0131lman\u0131n, nihayet k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten uzak durman\u0131n bile sadaka oldu\u011fu bildirilir. Sadaka kavram\u0131 \u0130slami literat\u00fcrde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc me\u015fru yard\u0131mla\u015fmay\u0131 ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De\u011ferli Dostlar!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam medeniyetinin \u00e2deta simgelerinden biri olan vak\u0131flar, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) d\u00f6neminden itibaren tarih boyunca \u0130slam toplumlar\u0131nda sosyal yap\u0131y\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunmu\u015ftur. Bu s\u00fcnnetten yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u0130slam beldelerinde pek \u00e7ok hay\u0131r kurumu kurulmu\u015f, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc muhta\u00e7lara hizmet etmek ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u015fevi, dar\u00fclaceze, yetimhane, imaret, zek\u00e2t kurumlar\u0131, hastaneler bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir. Bu sayede, inan\u00e7l\u0131 insanlar\u0131n yard\u0131mlar\u0131yla nice fakir ve kimsesizlere yiyecek, giyecek ve bar\u0131nma imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunulmu\u015ftur. Tedavi olamayan hastalar \u015fifa bulmu\u015f, okuyamayan gen\u00e7ler ilimle bulu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Sadece insanlara de\u011fil, hayvanlara ve \u00e7evreye de merhametle yakla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Camiler, medreseler, \u00e7e\u015fmeler in\u015fa edilmi\u015f, as\u0131rlarca ayakta tutulmu\u015ftur. Bu kurumlar, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcmmetin vicdan\u0131n\u0131 da ayakta tutan hay\u0131r ocaklar\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bir mazlumun can\u0131 yand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, o ac\u0131 en \u00e7ok onu ilgilendirir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mensubu oldu\u011fu din, yard\u0131mla\u015fma dinidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc m\u00fcmin, sadece kendi derdiyle de\u011fil, \u00fcmmetin derdiyle ya\u015far.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir k\u00f6\u015fesinde bir mazlumun parma\u011f\u0131 kanad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onun ac\u0131s\u0131 y\u00fcre\u011fine dokunur. O ac\u0131y\u0131 derinden hisseder. Sessiz kalamaz, g\u00f6rmezden gelemez. Beni yak\u0131n bir zamana kadar geciktirsen de sadaka verip iyilerden olsam!\u2019 demeden \u00f6nce, size r\u0131z\u0131k olarak verdi\u011fimiz \u015feylerden Allah yolunda harcay\u0131n.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/strong> Rabbimiz bizleri, hay\u0131rda yar\u0131\u015fanlardan eylesin. Merhametiyle \u00fcmmeti ku\u015fats\u0131n, yaral\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcllere \u015fifa, yorgun beldelere ferahl\u0131k nasip eylesin.
