Bu temel haklardan biri de mahremiyettir. Y\u00fcce Allah\u2019\u0131n temiz bir f\u0131tratla yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 beden, insan\u0131n mahremidir; dokunulmazd\u0131r. \u0130slam\u2019da mahremiyet hakk\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu edildi\u011fi \u00fc\u00e7 temel alan vard\u0131r. Bunlar beden, mek\u00e2n ve bilgi mahremiyetidir. Beden mahremiyeti ki\u015finin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fiziksel m\u00fcdahaleden ve \u015fiddetten, g\u00f6zetlenmekten ve r\u0131zas\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenmekten korunma hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Mek\u00e2n mahremiyeti ki\u015fiyi ku\u015fatan fiziksel alan\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6zel ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder. Bilgi mahremiyeti ise \u00f6zel bilgilerin toplanmas\u0131, saklanmas\u0131, \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi hususlarda dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131 belirler.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Muhterem M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Resul-i Ekrem (s.a.v.) Efendimiz, <em>\u201cBedeninin senin \u00fczerinde hakk\u0131 var.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> buyururken insana v\u00fccudu konusundaki sorumlulu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. Bu sorumluluk bedenin beslenme, giyinme, hastal\u0131klardan korunma, tedavi olma gibi haklar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda, mahremiyet hakk\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zetmeyi gerektirir. Bireylerin \u00f6zel ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131na selams\u0131z, izinsiz ya da habersiz girilmesi, ahlaka ve hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir durumdur. Evlerimiz sakinlerini bar\u0131nd\u0131ran, koruyan, saklayan, \u00f6zel h\u00e2lleri \u00f6rten, mahrem mek\u00e2nlard\u0131r. \u015eahsa \u00f6zel bir mek\u00e2na girilirken izin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi, Kur\u2019an\u2019a konu olacak derecede m\u00fchim bir meseledir. Mek\u00e2n mahremiyetinin ihlaline dair bir di\u011fer sorunlu davran\u0131\u015f ise \u00f6zel ya\u015fam alan\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetlemektir. Peygamberimiz (s.a.v.), <em>\u201cHi\u00e7 kimse izin almaks\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n evinin i\u00e7ine bakmas\u0131n. Kim izinsiz bakarsa aynen izinsiz girmi\u015f gibi (su\u00e7 i\u015flemi\u015f) olur.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><strong>[2]<\/strong><\/a><\/em> buyurmak suretiyle bu konuya dikkat \u00e7eker.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De\u011ferli M\u00fcminler!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle mahremiyeti korumak zorla\u015ft\u0131; dijital ortamlar her t\u00fcr i\u00e7eri\u011fin, hatta \u00f6zel kalmas\u0131 gerekenlerin bile kolayca payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mecralara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Mahrem \u015feylerin sergilenmesi dijitalle\u015fmenin etkisi mi, be\u011fenilme arzusu mu yoksa ahlaki bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme mi? Bu noktada hepimiz kendimizi sorgulamal\u0131y\u0131z. Bu platformlarda dinen ve ahlaken sak\u0131ncal\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131mlar, mahremiyet ihlalleri ve ki\u015filik haklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7i\u011fnenmesi ciddi bir sorun h\u00e2line gelmi\u015ftir. Sosyal medya kullan\u0131m\u0131nda da ahlaki ilkelerin g\u00f6zetilmesi zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r. Sosyal medyay\u0131 kullan\u0131rken, bu d\u00fcnyada her \u015feyin bize emanet oldu\u011funun idrakinde olarak yaz\u0131, s\u00f6z ve g\u00f6z emanetini muhafaza etmek en \u00f6nemli \u00f6nceli\u011fimiz olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Sosyal medyada da olsa ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n ay\u0131p ve kusurlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak, s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya d\u00f6kmek haramd\u0131r, g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. Hutbemin ba\u015f\u0131nda okudu\u011fum ayette Y\u00fcce Allah:<strong> \u201cEy \u00c2demo\u011fullar\u0131! \u015eeytan, anne baban\u0131z\u0131 ay\u0131p yerlerini birbirine g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in elbiselerini soyarak cennetten \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sizi de aldatmas\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o ve yanda\u015flar\u0131, sizin onlar\u0131 g\u00f6remeyece\u011finiz yerden sizi g\u00f6r\u00fcrler. \u015e\u00fcphesiz biz \u015feytanlar\u0131 inanmayanlar\u0131n yolda\u015flar\u0131 yapt\u0131k.<\/strong><strong>\u201d<\/strong><a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> buyurarak bizleri bu konuda uyarmaktad\u0131r. Birbirinizin \u00f6zel h\u00e2llerini ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n, birbirinizin konu\u015ftuklar\u0131na kulak kabartmay\u0131n, birbirinize kin beslemeyin.
