{"id":815,"date":"2006-01-18T20:35:00","date_gmt":"2006-01-18T19:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.igmg.org\/?p=815"},"modified":"2015-02-16T10:48:55","modified_gmt":"2015-02-16T09:48:55","slug":"ravalkota-bir-ta%c2%bcrla%c2%bc-ulaayae%c2%b1lamae%c2%b1yor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.igmg.org\/tr\/ravalkota-bir-ta%c2%bcrla%c2%bc-ulaayae%c2%b1lamae%c2%b1yor\/","title":{"rendered":"Ravalkot&#8217;a bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc ula\u015f\u0131lam\u0131yor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IGMG ekibi deprem b\u00f6lgesi Ke\u015fmir&#8217;in Bagh ve Ravalakot \u015fehirlerinde inceleme   yapmak i\u00e7in b\u00f6lgeye yeniden ula\u015fmay\u0131 denedi ancak yine hava muhalefetine   tak\u0131ld\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015f\u0131m imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n son derece zor oldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeye varmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcklerle   kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan ekibimiz ba\u015fkent \u0130slamabad&#8217;tan depremin yerle bir etti\u011fi Ke\u015fmir&#8217;in   da\u011fl\u0131k \u015fehirlerinden olan Bagh&#8217;a helikopterle ula\u015ft\u0131. Buradan Ravalakot&#8217;a ge\u00e7mek   isteyen ekibimiz b\u00f6lgenin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 da\u011fl\u0131k olmas\u0131 ve hava \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n uygun   olmamas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 yola helikopter yerine arabayla devam etmek zorunda kald\u0131.   Yolun \u00e7ok virajl\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve depremden dolay\u0131 bir \u00e7ok yerde yolun   kaymas\u0131 nedeniyle da\u011fl\u0131k Ravalakot&#8217;a ula\u015f\u0131m g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckle sa\u011flanabiliyordu.   Bu nedenle Milli G\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ekibi de 3,5 saatte ancak 40 km yol alabildi. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fczergah \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015f asma k\u00f6pr\u00fcler \u00fczerinden   ge\u00e7i\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckle sa\u011flanabiliyor ve iki arac\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda   ge\u00e7me imkan\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in biri bekleyip di\u011feri ancak ge\u00e7ebiliyordu.   Depremin izlerini b\u00f6lgenin her yerinde g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fc.   BM askerlerinin k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve yol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda bulunduklar\u0131 g\u00f6zlendi. <\/p>\n<p>Ravalakot \u015fehrine 20 km kala kar ya\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ve yollardaki buzlanmadan dolay\u0131 yol   trafi\u011fe kapand\u0131. Ara\u00e7lar y\u00fcr\u00fcyemez hale geldi. Da\u011f yolunda   2 saat bekledikten sonra yetkililer, ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,   yolun trafi\u011fe tamamen kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve 24 saatten \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade   ettiler. Yol kenarlar\u0131na park etmi\u015f ara\u00e7 sahipleri ate\u015f yakmak suretiyle   hem yoldaki buzu \u00e7\u00f6zmeye hemde \u0131s\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n   12 saatten beri so\u011fukta ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ersinde yolun a\u00e7 \u0131 lmas\u0131n\u0131 bekledikleri   s\u00f6ylenince ekibimiz geri d\u00f6nmeye karar verdi. Co\u011frafi \u015fartlar ara\u00e7la   yol almaya elveri\u015fsiz oldu\u011fundan ekibimiz Ravalakot-Bagh aras\u0131ndaki da\u011fl\u0131k   b\u00f6lgede kaza atlatt\u0131. Nehirden ge\u00e7erken arac\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131n yere   vurmas\u0131 nedeniyle yak\u0131t deposu delindi. Ge\u00e7ici olarak tamir edildikten   sonra yola devam edilebildi. <\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgede yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131 \u00e7ok da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k oldu\u011fundan yard\u0131m ula\u015ft\u0131rmak   kolay olmuyordu.
