Today, how education should be delivered and which methods should be used is an important issue. Whether in the mosque, at school or within the family, education must be provided through healthy methods. One of the most important principles is that education should be established on both justice and compassion.
Allah (swt) states in the Qur’an: “O believers! Protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones.”[1] Islam places great importance on being a family.
We are about to begin another new academic year in our schools and universities. May Allah (swt) grant our children, our youth and everyone striving in the pursuit of knowledge success, clarity of mind and beneficial outcomes in the new term.
